I flew to Charlotte to check out a Ferrari 812 GTS that Foreign Cars Italia had for sale. Tony Alfano picked me up at the airport and proceeded to give me the best car buying experience of my life. I'm not sure if I'll purchase the Lexus LC 500 they helped me with, but I had one of the best experiences with any sales rep I've ever had with Anthony Picozzi. He was one of the most down to earth, honest, and helpful people I've ever encountered in this industry. The other two sales reps there (didn't catch their names) were awesome, as well. I never write reviews, but thought it was important enough that he gets the recognition he deserves!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Bassel Asaad (sales) was particularly helpful and excellent answering any questions I had regarding my new vehicle. I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

I went on a Saturday when they are probably their busiest,and was well received and respected even thou I was only buying an inexpensive vehicle. I highly reccomend this dearership.I made the deal saturday with a down payment and went back Tuesday to finish paying and pick it up.

This is the best driving SUV ever! Love it! I feel safe and it handles extremely well. The infotainment system is wonderful! I will buy it again!

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is a beautiful car with a smooth yet sporty ride. I expect it to be reliable although I have just bought it. The car has the latest technology built into it.

We drove from Oregon to buy a new Audi. We were concerned that after traveling almost 400 miles that things may not be entirely as represented over the phone. Andrea and Spencer were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. Everything was as we had hoped. The purchase process was smooth, but lengthy.
