Haven?t had the need to buy a car in a while and once my car hit close to 200,000 miles it was time to do the inevitable. Can?t say I was excited to go through the process of buying a new car, but didn?t have a choice. Fortunately I found one that was a couple hours away and contacted the local Hendrick Dealership that was in the same network. To try and make a long story short, Brittany the salesperson was amazing, she went above and beyond to make sure that this was a seamless and enjoyable process. She made the process painless, which is what hope going in it will be, but also went the extra mile to communicate all steps of the process. Being a salesperson I know that this is to be expected, but the amount of personal attention took the feeling of just being another commission to a level of being a valued customer. So my wife and I decided to go to Carolina Volkswagen and check their inventory. Glad we did. Once we arrived at the dealership we got out and started walking around looking at cars. After a few moments a salesman came out an introduced himself. His name was Chris Harmon. Chris turned out to be the consummate professional. We told him our story, and what we were looking for. He listened attentively asked a few more questions then led us over to the Passats. After looking at the New models we walked over to the Certified Pre-owned and there it was, a Passat R-Line w/Comfort Pkg. a really nice car. We took it for a test drive as well as an SUV and fell in love w/the R-Line. The rest is history we chose the R-Line. Through the whole process Chris didn’t try to pressure us or hound us into buying a car. Thank you Chris.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.
