I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

We bought a 2006 cayenne S in 2015 with 134K kilometres, paid 18K CAD at the time. my mechanic friend and i have changed serpentine belt, starter, valve cover seals, spark plugs, battery (its a big expensive one under the drivers seat), coil packs, AC motor, hatch struts, power steering and brake flush, complete fuel pump system replacement under back seats. (quote for that was 2600 we did it for about 1100). all outside and interior lights other than HID headlights changed to led, The coolant Reservoir cracked and had to replaced at a shop for about 900$. Replaced cracked engine mount arm. Professionally did tranny flush plus two leaking transmission wiring harnesses, (cost was 2100$ for that we paid at a bmw/porsche/audi shop), put a pioneer infotainment deck in it for 1300$ to get apple CarPlay etc (done ourselves add $1000 for labor on that) , We're about 9 grand in fixes 9 years in and are sitting at 194K KMS. We were at witts end for fixes but the Car has been running great since, obviously super fun to drive, wife loves it. Currently beating any monthly car payment but your always wondering what's going break next, and you got to be handy.

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

I contacted them and had a quick response. I was able to test drive the car that night. Everyone there was extremely courteous and able to answer any questions. I ended up buying the car that night. I was extremely satisfied with the service I got from Okaz Moters. They found me a car that meet my criteria and in my price range. The car came with a free CarFax and had been serviced so there shouldn't have been anything wrong with it. When I took the car off the lot and drove it home, I found that it had an oil leak. I told them about it and they offered me multiple options to fix it. They offered to repair it for me without issue but since I live in Michigan and it would be an inconvenience to bring it back to fix it they sent me the money necessary to fix it instead. They went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

The best car Ive ever owned and tge 2008 is the most reliable 170k and never been to the mercanic I did change coils and spark plug last week myself

I expect this Cayenne to serve as my primary vehicle for next 10 years. At 6 years, 81,870 miles & serviced per factory schedule, it has a good chance. The original owner spent $10,500 in maintenance + factory warranty repaired several major items (costs unknown) + selling dealer spent $3,350 on new tires & new windshield. I think this Cay will only need regular servicing under my ownership, driving it about 5,000 miles per year. Unless the AC or heater system has a failure. I'll update this review if experience warrants.

Hottest Cayenne Turbo in area (country?). Lots of custom running improves and cosmetic upgrades. All service done and records available. Quiet powerful luxury. 500+ hp and neck snapping torque. Special vehicle takes special owner. Get out of the pack and move to the front. Not interested in low baller or negotiating. In other words price is firm! I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.
