I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot (used Honda) and honestly they all treated me like I was buying a new Porsche off the showroom floor. I always dread the car buying experience, and just coming off a terrible experience with another dealer, they all far exceeded any expectations. A+ all around.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Porsche Gold Coast has a welcoming/helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. I came in not too sure about what options I had in reality. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new car after trade-in. I never felt like I was being sold to, and I would recommend going to anyone exploring any options of purchasing a Porsche. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Working with Milan Venezia at Genesis of Saint Charles was honestly one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It went so well that when my fiancé said she was thinking about getting a new car less than a week after I purchased mine I didn’t think twice—I called Milan right away. Traveling to the Keys from NC with a troop of Boy Scouts my new battery (three weeks old) failed in Titusville. I replaced the battery but between Titusville and West Palm my battery voltage gauge started to drop. I stopped into Schumacher Buick GMC to check the battery and charging system to ensure I did not have an electrical issue. The shop had a full day of appointments, but the front staff worked with the shop to squeeze me in. Within an hour Rob, the shop supervisor, troubleshoot my car, ensured me that the electrical system was working properly and got me back on the road. Thanks.

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.
