Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. Everything went smooth & was back on the ferry in my new ride ( audi S8) in a few hrs. Highly recommend Lemans and their exceptional staff to score your next vehicle. I spent many months looking for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. After 4-5 months I came across a 2017 Cayenne S E -Hybrid, Black, loaded at Porsche Fairfield CT. I hesitated to contact them since they were 2 1/2 hrs from where I live. I finally reached out and Mark Ward-Willis contacted me. We talked over the next several days about the car and about my trade. He gave me a quote for my trade, and we discussed a few things I would want cleaned up on the Cayenne. Mark promised he would take care of it, and promised that they would not give me any less for my tade then we discussed. We agreed on a price for the Cayenne and we agreed on a date for me to drive up and purchase the car. Due to a pending tropical storm and then a funeral, I had to move the date out a few days. Mark was very accommodating. He couldn't had been more flexible. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met Mark. He told us to take the car for a ride as long as we liked. After the ride I pointed out a couple of cosmetic things and Mark quickly took care of it. While Mark did that, we sat down with Tony to sign the paperwork. Tony was a great guy also with a great personality. Both Mark and Tony were very sincere. They did not try to back off from anything we had agreed on. I was worried about that since I was travelling from a distance. Since the purchase, Mark has followed up with me several times to see how things were going. I really appreciated it, since it gave me a chance to ask some post purchase questions. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car from Mark and Porsche Fairfield and as a matter of fact, they would be one of my first stops.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Mae is the best. When my lease was up in April purchasing the vehicle was the best way to go and she made the process so easy and always goes the extra mile. I brought the car for maintenance to the prior dealership where she worked for maintenance because it was closer to home but they wanted to include air filters. I texted Mae and she looked my maintenance record and said it was done in April and not necessary. Bottom line, she saved me $150 and I will go to Riverside Nissan for future maintenance

Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming. I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! Resolved my issue with my 97 Boxster. xxxxxxto my tech (C Villa), he resolved not only the issue I described but but also tightened up some additional bolts that I didn't realize were loose. I just assumed the car was old. Made a huge difference to the drive of the car. I appreciate the extra attention taken to my car. It was a great example of a tech seeing something and doing something about it even though it was not expressed by the customer. Also gives me reason to bring my car to Porsche because ultimately they do know the car best.
