I really appreciate Jeff Jutzi as my service advisor. He treats me with extreme professional courtesy, answers any questions, and is friendly. In the past, as a female bringing my car to other dealerships or other service advisors I have been hit on, made to feel like I should know car terms that I don't, etc. Jeff never makes me feel that way. My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

Everything was great. They were friendly and was willing to negotiate a price I was comfortable with. I most definitely will go back to purchase another car if I need to.

The only other car that compares to the reliability of this car was my 1995 Honda Accord EX. I basically only bring it in for routine maintenance. To have Honda reliability from a German car is AMAZING!!! The 4.8L engine is the foundation this reliable car. I'm not sure how the 6-cylinder engine is, so I can can only judge my 4.8 L engine in the Cayenne S. The 4.8 is also in the GTS, however I’m not sure of those owners’ experiences. I owned mine from 4 years old w/ 34k miles and sold it at 87,200 miles (4.5 yrs. later), so I can speak to the reliability of this period. I have previously owned three German Cars; a 1999 Mercedes SL500 Roadster, a 2005 BMW 645i Convertible, and a 2013 BMW 328 M-Sport. The Benz and the BMWs were always in the dealer for something wrong. Though the SL500 was the most reliable of the three previous cars with less technology to go wrong, those two makes in general are over-engineered cars and is why there is always a dozen cars waiting to get serviced when you arrive at the dealership service dept. Porsche however, I've never seen more than a customer or two in front of me or in the waiting area. Porsche Dealers have Porsche service loaners available too…Mecans and Cayenne Hybrids! Porsche manufacturer even worked with me for a blistering dash leather problem in the Cayenne (with full leather package) when it was out of warranty and offered it to me at half the cost to replace this $4500 parts and labor job. Was acceptable for a four-year-old car to be rejuvenated with a new dash! During this last year, in the cars eighth year since new, I still get notices from Porsche manufacture of warranty extensions on parts like the Speed Sensor and the Transfer Case, none of which went out on mine yet, but it’s nice to see they really want to make sure you have a reliable car and if there is an issue, Porsche will quickly take care of it. It still drives like new 8 years later. A slight door rattle in the driver and passenger front interior door by the arm rest got slightly noticeable at times after 60k miles, but that was a $65, 1hr labor, fix at the dealer with some padding near the door trim accent/ambient lighting panel on the doors arm rests. At 80k miles, it started again, so it could use another padding adjustment. The leather is very durable and still holds up at about 90% like new with very little wrinkling and side wear from getting in and out of the car. The back seats still look like new as they were hardly used. My carpets are a light blue, but a good shampoo every six months keeps the light color clean and looking about 70 percent from new, not bad for an eight-year-old car when other American cars that old can see holes in the leather and carpeted areas by then. I fully enjoy sport mode, and mostly keep it on to have that quick launch when needed to change a lane or get on a freeway, etc. It tends to lag and a launch without sport mode on which can sometimes make you lose the opportunity to get in that lane or whatever you needed that extra second of instant launch for. The 21” tires do burn through rubber quickly, cost about $225 each to replace, and I recommend rotating them regularly every 4k-5k miles, but you are rewarded with sports sedan like handling in return. The full leather package with brushed metal accents truly make this interior super premium. Base models without the leather really have a lesser than premium feel, so I recommend full leather if you can garage the car and can keep it parked out of the blistering Los Angeles sun for periods of time. Other than that, the 2012 Porsche Cayenne S is a car that if treated right with proper care and maintenance, should last 200k-300k miles.

They have nice cars and are easy to work with. I recommend them for cars that have a bit of personality for sure.

I love driving my Cayenne. It's a great blend of sportiness and functionality. The GTS model looks awesome on the road. I would likely buy this model again.

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

It was an absolute pleasure from the moment we walked in, to the smooth transition of driving away in a quality car sold by quality people. We came in looking at a vehicle I wanted with the price that was less than I expected.....who's heard of that? I was greeted at the door with a smile and a good handshake and curtesy. I can't express enough the cleanliness and care put into this place as well. I got the vehicle I wanted, no hassle, and no games. I have owned the Cayenne S for 5 years and I still get that enjoyment when driving as I did day one. No complaints, just pure V8 fun.

I'd been looking for this car for a while and came across two at different dealerships in my area, unfortunately they sold really fast. So, I started my search online and although I was a bit skittish of buying a car online without seeing or driving it first, I couldn't be happier with the car, the process, and most of all the salesman, Mitchell Macaluso. He made the entire process so seamless and less scary. He answered all of my questions, kept me informed of the process the whole time and was very professional. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.

The dealership was clean compared to other places we visited and their customer service is top notch. I would definitely recommend this place for any buyer who wants a no pressure purchase

I?ve had my Porsche?s serviced at just about every DFW and houston dealership at one point. Plano is by far my favorite and Tim in service is my guy! Such a great experience when everything is done as agreed, on time and your advisor knows his product. This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

This car is not just fun to drive, it is SUPER fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, even the cruise control… man, I love this car. Sometimes I have to pinch myself just to make sure it’s not just a dream.

My wife and I are past Lexus owners. Their new front end killed them for us. Happy they did though. The Cayenne is one of the best performance cars I have owned. While being fast and responsive it is also very comfortable. Interior is designed like a cockpit with all controls close to the driver.
