I called on a used Porsche Boxster. The car was way overpriced in my opinion and while the sales person did not accept my offer and did not really come down much in price, he was very responsive and respectful. Dealers will hold onto to cars for long periods of time at over market prices. Maybe they need the inventory on a certain model and want to have something to show prospective buyers, and if the get a high offer than they take it. Or they finally make a decision that they have held it too long and drop the price to get rid of it?.

Mark Siffert assisted me in the purchase of a 2025 Cayenne hybrid. I worked with Mark because of his knowledge of the car features, his genuine desire to meet of needs, and his business like approach. Fantastic dealership. The entire team was great; professional and friendly. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I worked with Scott, Emil and Ginger. I had plenty of time to go over the car, take a test drive, was given a fair price for the car and my trade in and the time it took to complete the paperwork was really minimal. Overall the experience was actually pleasant.

I contacted the Sales Manager Haydn Howe, inquiring about this vehicle. I live in Hawaii and was vacationing to the Chandler area. I arrived at the dealership on Tuesday morning and Haydn asked Emil Najar to show me the vehicle. Emil took me through the car and answered all of my questions. We went out on a test drive and the car performed fantastic. I was going to look at another vehicle, but I was enamored with this car. I made an offer and it was accepted. The paperwork took a little longer than normal, as I financed through USAA and the car is going to be shipped to Hawaii. I drove the car for 5 days in the Phoenix Valley and now it is back at the dealership, awaiting transportation to Hawaii. Emir's knowledge about Porsche is amazing and he gave me great insight into this vehicle. Lastly, I had some concerns about the IMS bearing issue and the General Manager Russell Schwartzman took the time to explain this issue and reassured me about this great car I was purchasing. I have bought many cars and this was a straight forward transaction, no issues at all.

Excellent communication and service. They picked up and returned my car 100 miles away. They took the time to duplicate problems- all software- fixed it all and returned it. Absolutely one of the best dealerships I have dealt with.

The local Porsche dealer had a used Corvette C8 for sale, so l contacted them. Chris was the sales associate that I spoke to. He was straightforward and helpful in putting a deal together. The Corvette is now in my garage. They are a quality, no nonsense dealer and the transaction went smoothly.
