Good overall experience from service but would be nice to have a breakdown of what was done on a 50k service other then a flat fee and no explanation.

I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great experience as always when I come to the Porsche of Orland . Frank always find me in the building and gives me a very warm welcome , Nelson was awesome and made my visit very friendly and not of Fake greetings. My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche at West Broward Porsche and we were extremely happy with the professional service that we got from Kurk Richardson and Payton Downy. They were both extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We live much closer to another dealership however, we heard such positive feedback from our friends about their experience at West Broward Porsche so we did decided to make the drive and it was definitely worth it. They made buying a car a pleasurable experience for a change. I would definitely recommend the dealership and if possible working with Kurt and Payton.

Great dealership with Barby Mates at the wheel. They were professional accommodating and pleasant. No hidden costs or the feeling they are trying to squeeze all the money they can get out of you. The cars were perfect and the prices were very competitive. We checked. Afterwords they still are very attentive. A++
