I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Frank always find me in the building and gives me a very warm welcome , Nelson was awesome and made my visit very friendly and not of Fake greetings. Porsche Gold Coast has a welcoming/helpful staff, and a great atmosphere. I came in not too sure about what options I had in reality. I ended up leaving, purchasing a new car after trade-in. I never felt like I was being sold to, and I would recommend going to anyone exploring any options of purchasing a Porsche. Not like other dealerships I've dealt with.

Although I didn't purchase from Neillo Porsche I am still considering doing so. I was treated very fairly and with professionalism throughout the process. I had body work completed to perfection. Joe, a Porsche service advisor over saw the process. A warranty covered issue was identified and rectified. Joe contacted me to insure that the issue had been found and taken care of. I feel that I always have excellent service at Porsche East Hartford. I am treated respectfully, details of each repair or check up are explained, they listen to concerns and look to remedy them. Establishing a relationship with Service Advisors leads to a most satisfying experience.

I have consistently had an outstanding experience at Porsche Waukesha. Jeff Friess worked patiently and found the ideal Porsche for my needs. He is always attentive and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I have also been very impressed with the service department when I bring my vehicles in for service. There are dealerships closer to my home in Green Bay but the outstanding service and customer care I receive at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.

Excellent in every way- from the sales staff to the business office to parts & service and finally to senior management. This is my 4th Cayenne and if Porsche made a larger vehicle, my wife would get one too.
