I was fortunate to be helped by Haley, and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever received at a car lot—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She is a true asset to the company and honestly deserves to be paid well. She's the reason I stopped shopping around and knew this was the right dealership for us. Although I came in during the afternoon and ended up staying late, not once did I feel rushed. Every staff member I interacted with—Haley, Steve, and the team in the business office—was kind, patient, and thorough. They followed through on everything they promised, which gave me full confidence in the purchase. Interior it’s bigger then you think . A lot of space for luggage. High performance car and very reliable. When you drive this car , you spent 30-35k$ but all people look and ask if you spend over 100k$ when you park your car people look at you all the time

We did a LOT of homework on the Toyota Tundra Platinum truck before we bought it. We looked at reviews of Dean going back for years and saw many great reviews, but some that looked like it was more the buyer’s fault than the seller. We found Dean and his employees to be completely respectful and responsive. They worked with us and answered every question. They did not change the price from the offer they made over the phone. We were concerned that the Carfax said that trim package was a 1794 but we were looking at a Platinum-turns out it was a CarFax issue and Dean’s description was correct. There was no pressure. It could not have been a better, smoother transaction. If something makes you concerned, let them know: they are very straightforward. The next time I’m looking for a good used car, I’m looking here first!

Nicest car I have ever owned, drives like a 911 but longer wheelbase makes for a GT like ride on longer trips, super reliable V8 will last a long time. Has all the great options including navigation, ventilated cooling and heated seats, $5000 black Porsche wheels, PASM suspension, Premium Plus package etc

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. Edit: Brad even stayed in contact with me, informing me that my plate is expected along with my sticker.

I?ve driven Mercedes, Audi?s, BMW?s, and I own another Porsche too, but this car takes the trophy. To drive it is to love it. And I never get out of it and walk away with looking back at it.

For those who love to daily their Super cars, this is the car for you. Absolute driver cars. Responds like a champ. I bought this car to be driven and she is at that! You cant beat the luxury build in to this beast but she is a Porsche and lives up to that name.

I opted for the 4 Platinum Edition. This car is amazing. Has the amazing quality and design you would expect from Porsche. Packed with features. Very stylish, very luxurious. V6 engines gives you power while also giving a smooth ride. Back seat is spacious for a 3rd and 4th passenger and allows them to control their comfort. What more could you want?!

I was looking at used BMW's for my wife. Found one at Celebrity Cars of Las Vegas. After watching the very extensive live condition report. (amazing idea all dealerships should do this) I called Andrew Frizell, he was absolutely amazing. Quick with answers and not pushy at all. I was shipping the car so was a bit nervous about picking someone to move it so he helped with that as well. The car arrived and my wife could not be happier. It is rare you buy something used and it shows up better than expected. Again, my experience was better than expected and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

My experience at AutoNation was Top Notch. From my first interaction with Erin til I received my car everything was a smooth pleasant experience. Cameron did everything he said he would do. He got my car here from Texas in three days and it is now sitting in my garage! Grant was real knowledgeable and personable in developing my paperwork. I had really nice conversations with Travis. Deantre took me on a nice test drive and stuck around to keep me company while Jay completed my final paperwork. Solimar was nice enough to show me how to work the coffee machine. This is my eight purchase of a BMW and this was by far the smoothest process. Your people are doing a great job!

I was able to contact a salesman after hours by text and arrange for a viewing the next day. When I finally arrived on Saturday evening my selected vehicle was standing by for a viewing and a test drive. Afterwards we did the paperwork and I was helped by the salesman in making a domestic wire transfer through my banking app on my phone. No cash or checks necessary! Once the wire went through the service department changed the oil, detailed the vehicle and set the tire pressures. I was able to make arrangements for a delivery to my home saving me a trip and several days of anxiety. My salesman kept me informed at every step. The vehicle I chose was in great condition inside and out which speaks to the quality of the vehicles on the lot. I feel like I got quality service even though I didn’t purchase the most expensive vehicle on the lot, by a longshot. I also had the opportunity to purchase a great warranty for my vehicle, which I found to be surprising that it was available at all. I look forward to working with Kearns again in the future for my next big purchase.

Out of state buyer, I purchased my 1970 Ford Torino. My sales person was Terry throughout the whole process. Not sure other buyers in past didn’t do their research before buying but overall this company and sales person Terry took care of me and worked with me. I hired a Mechanic to look at the vehicle we came to an agreement that satisfied both of us. Had my car delivered and was very pleased with my purchase. Thank you so much.
