EXCEPTIONAL Customer service!! I explained my concerns, they understood what I was saying and fixed everything! even what I had not mentioned. AND they only had I car for 1 day! Previously took to another dealer who had my car for 5 days and did what?? not sure cause still had issues when I drove off their lot. Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Greenway Kia North serviced my 2022 Kia Telluride on 9/12/25. The service tech registered my car as soon as I arrived at 7:50 am. After waiting an hour, Kia provided a shuttle to take me home. When the service was completed, Kia called, and I order the shuttle. After waiting for the cashier to come, I paid what I thought was a reasonable bill. But no one bothered to inform me if the recalled power seat switch was fixed or part ordered or what. One air pressure sensor has been alarming regularly for the past three months, but the tech could not get it to alarm during the service - so, I will just have to put up with it. Kia North is a nice place, and the staff is friendly enough but were not real informative in my case.
