From first contact through cars.com on my used '05 Boxster to final paperwork, the experience was excellent. Zoe Hutton had the car ready for me when I arrived. My interactions with her felt genuine and without pressure. She did everything to make sure ALL of my questions/concerns about the vehicle were answered, and went out of her way several times to get additional information for me (E.G. DME report, underbody photos, etc.), leaving no stone unturned. Overall the best salesperson I have ever dealt with at a dealership (and I've dealt with a fair number). Thank you so much Zoe! Communication about pricing was direct and unambiguous, though there was a small misunderstanding with what I owed, I chalk that up to a gap in my differentiation between the estimated price and total OTD costs which were all laid out, and the OTD price was within tens of dollars of my expectation, so I'm quite happy with that. Lea Schneider helped me work that out and was again very clear and pro-actively helpful in sorting it all out. Overall, the experience was great. The car was of course ready, clean, and full of fuel on pickup. It was obvious from the start that the people I interacted with were there to make sure I was satisfied, but not in a smarmy or obsequious way. Thanks for a wonderful buying experience!

My sales consultant was Hussein and he was exceptional, very knowledgeable, very attentive when listening to my wants in a vehicle and I’d buy a vehicle from this gentleman any day of the week. As a business owner and a car addict I find myself constantly at dealerships looking at cars and trucks. Ive dealt with many high pressure dealerships that press hard for you to buy anything you set eyes on. Rocky mountain Eurosport has been quite the opposite. I personally dealt with Leon and Eli. Both were fantastic. Leon went above and beyond for me and helped find me the perfect vehicle. Allowed me to really think the vehicle over with no pressure and ended up pursuing it. All I can say is that the dealership has so many different options for vehicles. They offered to search and find the right vehicle even if it was outside of the dealership. Its a place that I plan to continue to purchasing from. If you are looking for the right car at the right price, I highly suggest checking them out. Ask for Leon or Eli, but im sure any of the staff would help out and go above and beyond. I have yet to have a bad interaction with any of them. Max is also amazing to deal with as a manager!

Alex was terrific throughout the whole process. We do most of the negotiating by phone because I lived six hours away from Redondo Beach. I got there about 1:00 pm and was on my way home by 3:00 including the test drive. I will recommend Alex to my friends who looking for fine used cars.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

VERY nice and knowledgeable staff and easy to work with. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you’re looking for a new vehicle. They also have a good variety to choose from.

This is by far the best EV for the people that want a real drivers car. I have driven a lot of different EVs and mostly are numb and feel real heavy, this one is not lightweight but hides it real well and corners/handles like a real Porsche.

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.
