3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

Unfortunately, we didn't buy the car because I overlooked the fact that it did not have a sunroof which is a dealbreaker for me. Our salesman Armando did a great job presenting all the facts, was not high pressure and was respectful of our time. I would definitely go back because I had a wonderful experience.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

The agency is clean, competent, friendly, they get things taken care of in a decent amount of time, there are amenities for customers who are waiting, like pastry and coffee, they wash your car as a courtesy, they keep me abreast of service needed in the near future and I have never had to bring the car back twice for the same issue.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

Shout outs r due when u meet someone that goes up and beyond ur expectations, that does not just they job but moves to make a customer happy in every form possible. I texted call and push and not once did she not respond with out a smile and a vibrant attitude each time. I want to say thank you very much I appreciate all ur work to please me and that's what means the most in sells knowing Ull never see them and knowing the car was sold u still did ur thing. My bad part is yes it took a while inside for me but again I was asking for a lot and besides the car smoke smell that I'm treating today. I can't say there wasn't no negative side. Shout out to Emily and the guys up in the box that worked over 2 hours to make sure that I was leaving happy and got what I asked for. the 1500 ram with the diesel engine has tons of power and gets as good as 33 mpg on the highway, and 25 in town milage, the air ride is great also, love this truck

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Van Devere Chevrolet has been amazing with some difficult repairs. I went to Van Devere to service my GMC EV due to poor service from the dealer that sold me the vehicle. Van Devere has provided excellent customer service for me. Brad and the service team are going above and beyond to help with my vehicle service needs. I am very comfortable fully recommending Van Devere for sales and service. Nobody likes to need service, but it is much better when people who care are helping you. I feel like I matter to this team and that goes far for me.
