Overall a very good experience. My salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous, and was fair. I was detained a bit for the presentation of the extended warranty that made me a few minutes late to pick up my child, but overall, I'd buy another car from them.

The process of turning in my last vehicle and taking delivery of a new Jeep Patriot went super smooth and timely. In this Pandemic crisis the team at Dick Scott service at Ann Arbor Plymouth Road, took good care, maintained CDC precautions and did the regular service promptly on the same day that I requested. Once service was done I was called to pick up and after quick and touch free payment process I was on the way back home. Courteous and friendly team. Would recommend them strongly.

Could not possibly be happier with our experience in dealing with Mike Scarvellis! His professionalism and attention to what his customers want is without equal. Not many salesmen would go as far as to play the ukelele to delight our children while we purchased our car! Had my Jeep in yesterday for its first oil change and tire rotation. Everything went well and waited while work was being done. I really wish someone would have spent a few minutes to wipe there dirty hand prints off the car before finally shiny and to wipe some spilled oil off in the engine compartment. The vehicle was spotless upon dropping it off but not so much afterwards. It’s the small things sometimes you hat makes a huge impression.

Stephany worked really hard to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. I was very specific with my requirements and she made sure I was taken care of. It was a rainy day & she had my car in the showroom so I could inspect it thoroughly before taking it for a drive. I was impressed with her attention to detail!
