After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. She's great! She's honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent ??? Nancy who always says 'hello' and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I can't say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!

What’s to say’ The best is just the best. My wife, GL550; mine the S Class. We have owned 4 and now looking to trade up for our fifth.
I have an old Mercedes with a crazy diagnostic and stop running. I took the car on a flat bed trailer and drop in for service. Shawn Durham helped me making room for the car without an appointment and even to park it (did I mentioned that he had to push the car becaus was not running?) I have not enough words to express my gratitude. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor and (even more) thanks to Shawn.

The ride is great compared to other cars. we love it. It is so comfortable, quite, no road noise and great to drive. Has plenty of leg room all 3 rows. This is one of the finest SUV's available. This is my second GL450 so that should be an indication of my satisfaction.. overall great car.

I’m waiting to sign the papers to buy a 2015 Acadia AWD SLE-2. Took it for a test drive and it has what I want for my family. I can’t wait to take it home!
Moved to Ann Arbor a year ago, and have leased a new M-B every 3 years over the last 7 US cities in which I've lived. This last was year 3 with my previous vehicle; over that time, Dan Wilson and his service staff (esp. Beth and Bryan) were consistently professional and engaging, ensuring a positive outcome every time. For the new lease, I partnered with Christianna Armstrong - whom oversaw the research, due diligence, and ultimately - delivery of the new vehicle. The entire experience with her was nothing short of superb; she was informed, responsive, and a true ambassador for what great customer experience should be. And to prove what's good goes full circle: Dan Wilson was promoted to the Finance Director, so was able to continue that positive interaction with him as part of this this latest chapter. Beautiful, comfortable, navigation is a trip, needing winter tires when living in cold states there is a heavy noise in the rear when first taking off and turning, and living in New England the remote started stinks
Mickey Hurley is very friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely accommodating during our visit. He patiently explained all different options for the vehicle and helped us choose the right model. He even drove to our home to set the garage door codes. He sets high standards for customer service. It was pleasure doing business with Mickey. Dan, who is the finance manager at this dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail about various warranties.

WOW! What a great automobile! This is our first Mercedes, and we are blown away with the comfort, style, and driving experience. Now that we are spoiled, this Mercedes won't be our last.
First of all, many thanks to Micheal???s help on getting us a new car! Frankly speaking, we were going to the dealer just for a flat tire instead of leasing a new car. But Micheal???s personality attracted us and the price offered was unable to refuse. We were impressed by Micheal???s amicableness and Eric???s knowledgeable response on leasing terms. Like a dream come true. Has e everything I was looking for in a luxury car and more. I had owned a Lincoln Town Car in the past and knew someday I would own another Lincoln. Have been buying nothing but Ford products for 30 years and see no reason to change.
Talk about hassle free, enjoyable car shopping. Everyone in the dealership was professional, friendly, helpful and very enjoyable to work with. The process was effortless and actually enjoyable which is a word seldom used to describe dealing with car dealerships and salespeople.

Andrew Wrenbeck, and this dealership in particular, totally has my trust. Purchasing a car is a big deal, and usually a stressful one -- particularly as an Asian American woman. From what I've seen, the workplace culture at the Sesi dealership in Ann Arbor, and specifically Andrew's personal qualities and skillfulness, gave me a sense of trust in the care and respect they have for people, as well as the quality of my car and value of my purchase. I feel very comfortable coming back to this dealership in the long term, should any maintenance or other issues come up. This sense of trust is rare, and when combined with such depth of knowledge and experience on Andrew's part, it is something I don't take for granted. He worked very well with me as well as my parents; having a great sense of humor didn't hurt either :) Really appreciate it.

Usually after a while I get bored with a vehicle. Coming up on a year and @ 10K miles I have grown to appreciate this car even more than at new . Very comfortable and responsive.
Sesi Lincoln in Ann Arbor, MI, has been a wonderful experience. They recently took care of my vehicle above and beyond what I feel many service departments may try to wiggle out of. I am enjoying my Lincoln MKC very much!
They took away extras that my Lincoln MKS had.

It's not what I expected. The extras are a lot less. No heated steering wheel, no massage seats but I ended up paying more for less.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
Employees were very helpful over the phone when I initially called and very pleasant and professional on the days I took the car in. Even staff encountered who weren't involved in my car repair were/are always friendly and helpful. My only complaints are about the waiting area. The seating is uncomfortable and there is almost always a lack of reading material; what is there is not of a wide variety of subjects. A plus is the free coffee, cocoa, and water and nearby clean and attractive restrooms. Since I often choose to wait for my car, this is important to me. I appreciate the car wash given before I drive my car away.

What a wonderful car! It rides so beautifully and I am really enjoying all the bells and whistles there are on this car. My ride to and from work is a treat when sitting in this gorgeous interior. And the sound system...wow!

Excellent customer service care by all department staff members at Victory Honda. Sales lady greeted me at the door and we drove my car into the service area. The service department greeted me,offered and brought me something to drink. The service crew took my car and directed me to the Cafe area. No Long wait service was done right away.
