Used RAM 1500 for Sale in Canandaigua, NY

I bought this 2012 Ram 1500 Big Horn four years ago, it was previously owned and well cared for. The only real issue I had was the right side exhaust manifold bolts broke. I was on vacation at the time and I took it to a local Dodge Ram dealer (I have the extended warranty) and they busted a gut to repair it and get me back on the road. The extended warranty covered the repairs, however I did have fork over the 100 dollar deductible. The truck has close to 98,000 miles on it, has given me good service and I have no complaints.

By far the best place around for buying used cars or having work done. Very friendly, knowledgeable and fair staff, very quick turn around times and very reasonable prices/top quality work.

This truck runs great and is comfortable for road trips. Plenty of leg room with coolers under the rear floor mats. 4 wheel drive is great when you need it

Purchased a Grand Cherokee Summit last year and wintered in Arizona for the last 10 years. Staying in New York this year and really wanted snow tires installed before any inclement weather. The Friendly staff had them ordered and installed the next day!

Scheduled Saturday service for rear wheel bearing noise, I was notified by 9:30am with required replacement parts and total price. Service completed by 5:00pm, per my request, so we could finish out our day with towing the boat to the lake. Excellent and professional service! My Chevy with apex 350 HP V8 4x2 was nearly always in the range of 21 MPG, where my 2018 Ram is running about 19 MPG, but is 5.7, and has 4x4, making it a bit heavier, plus about 50 more HP. The Silverado was quick, but the Ram hauls! Learning to keep my foot out of fast... We make an annual trip of about 1000 miles back and forth to COfrom Tucson AZ, will be interesting to see how it does for MPG on highway. Looked closely at the 19s, but purchased a slightly used 18, saving us about 10,000. Am questioning the wisdom of not getting the19, with latest technology?? Bottom line, darned hard to beat an exceptional truck! My toughest adjustment is the hockey puck transmission selector. I nearly purchased a Ram when I purchased the Silverado, but didn’t like the puck, I was correct, still hate it, lowest part of the truck! I’d pay more to have a traditional gear selector!!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

The truck has better acceleration than I was expecting. Great fuel mileage, will be testing out the towing soon. Very comfortable and roomy interior design

It is so refreshing to go to a dealership for service and not be pushed into buying something you don't need. Face it, you can be told something has gone bad or needs replacing and you just have to accept them at their word. I have been there 3x for service, with a Ford product, and a Saturn and have never been recommended a service I did not need, or felt pressured into anything. It is no wonder that this dealership has won ethics awards the past few years. Impressive!!

This car met all what I need. It had plenty of upgrades( custom, grill, front/ back bumpers, rims , tires, headers, muffler, fenders and air filter)

This truck is great. Easy on gas for a truck. Plenty of power for me and nice on long drives. It's all we drive anymore.

So far, so good. It's only been two days since repairs were done. Considering the complexity of the repair (dropping the tranny to replace a cracked flexplate) I'm quite astonished that their are absolutely zero leaks on my driveway! Considering that the halfshafts were removed, the tranny and cooler lines (lines were replaced as well), removed, the tranny oil pan removed to perform 100K mile service, there's just so much here that could go wrong, and it appears again so far so good, that the repair was completed nearly perfectly. I actually was encouraged to speak with the tech that did the repair. My home dealer wouldn't even let me speak with a repair tech as they, "were on an hourly rate and we don't allow that", believe it or not. So, again, so far so good; I'll wait for another couple of thousand miles to really be sure, but today I'm overjoyed at the experience at Cortese.

This car is better than my expectations , roomy , quick Room for the family and the two large dogs Hauls anything and everything. Love everything about this truck

I Went into Dioguardi with a sense of little hope after crashing my car and needing a new car to get back and forth to school and work. So he checked every thing for me to see what he would be able to do for me and while doing that he noticed I had an bill from amazon sitting on my credit for 1500 dollars and that was making a lot ot places not want to finance with me because of that large amount of money owed that was sitting on my credit report. We sat down and called amazon and got all the information on the bill and settled on that bill for 700 dollars which in the end helped my credit tremendously and now the same banks that wouldn't finance with me now had suddenly changed their mind and were willing to work with me with a small interest rate. They really know what they are doing here and they don't only care about getting a car sale like most places they actually are looking to take care of you and helping you improve your credit in the process and that means a lot for a a young man like me who's still in the process of building his credit. I now have the best car I have ever had in my life so far and I'm paying alower interest rate on the car I have now then I did with the car I had before my accident. I recommend this place to everyone and after today I think I will be getting all my cars from here forever

About 3 years ago, I leased my first Jeep from Cortese. Since it was time to turn it in, I set up an appointment with Samantha. I have owned 5 GMC Sierra Denali's and really loved those trucks but the 2019 Ram Limited is on a whole other level. The 5.7 is slightly slower than the 6.2 but in every other category the Ram is superior. I am very pleased with this truck.

I really had no hassle and they fought to make it as convenient as possible for me and my family. Total time I spent doing paperwork was only about an hour maybe hour and a half (22 month old made it a little difficult.) But they worked hard the only thing that took the longest was finding what I wanted with what was available. Kinda nice when you go in and everything is no pressure on you, just about getting the best deal with what you want when you want to get it. If you want a solid deal with a good expierence highly recommend walking into this dealership and seeing what they have to offer.

V8 Hemi has more than enough power. Fit and finish of vehicle is excellent. Interior cabin very roomy and comfortable. Ride is similar to a luxury SUV, very quiet and smooth. First truck I have owned and no regrets.

The workers were very polite, we were supposed to come in for a estimate on a vehicle, the dealer called us the day before to remind us and sent us an email with the confirmation of an appointment that had the address, the time and other info that was very useful at the time of the arrival.

This is my first truck. I traded in my 5 Series BMW for something more practical. Enjoying the power, style and the iconnect system is so well designed and very intuitive. I hope my joy for the truck continues for many years.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience here I really wanted to make sure to give a shout-out to the guy that helped me. I went to this dealership with a beat up old Grand Am that was falling apart and mediocre credit at best and Charlie worked with my from start to finish to get me into a Jeep Patriot at a fair interest rate with a payment I could afford. Charlie was extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. He helped me focus in on vehicles that were in my budget and also taught me how safe Jeep brand vehicles are across the brand and the value saved by purchasing one when you work with you insurance company as well. He was even able to make it work that he could take my crappy excuse of a car for a trade-in towards my down payment. If it wasn't for the help and commitment from Charlie, I would have ended up in another death trap car from a cut rate dealership with a ridiculous payment I wouldn't have been able to afford. If you ever happen to read this Charlie, thank you a million times over for all your help and working with me and my budget to get me in a vehicle I'm proud to call my own. If I could I would give Charlie and the dealership he calls home better than five stars for how well the took care of me and my needs.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. Bedt vehicle I've owned would highly recommend to anyone was not sure if I'd like diesel but its a great engine uses my less fuel than my hemi did with plenty of power

I bought a 2017 RAM 1500 'R/T' after extensive research on what I needed and wanted. The R/T model is so unusual that it didn't even get mention in the official sales brochure. FCA just didn't promote it: they should have. The 'R/T' is the top-of-the-line offering in the 'Sport' truck sector. It's a 2 door, 2WD model with a 6 1/2' bed--Exclusively! It seats 2 in 'captain's chair' seats. It comes option-loaded with styling to match. Think of it as an updated SRT-10 or as a "Corvette with a tailgate." This rig FLIES!! It has handling to match with those huge 22" x 9" forged aluminum wheels. It's also got all the practicality of a pickup. Sadly, they stopped offering this great model: the last series--from 2009 forward, ended with the 2017 model.
