In Today's seller market, the Davis staff did everything in their power to make our purchase of an Equinox as easy as possible as well as affordable as possible. I like the no pushy sale. Spent $70,000 on a new truck when I bring it in for the nurse first service they don’t even wash it left holy handprints all down the edge of the hood

The service went well, but they drove my truck to see if they could determine what the vibration was that I was hearing. They said that the sound was normal...... IT IS NOT!! I had to listen to it most of the way home. It isn't a motor sound I am hearing. It is around the steering column. Had they asked me to go with them to point out the sound I was hearing, the problem could have been determined. I will take it to someone else to have it checked and will then figure out what has to be done to be reimbursed for the service rendered.

This dealership is the best! We tell everyone we know if they are in the market for a vehicle to go to Everett. Clark our salesman and Dillion in the service department went above and beyond to help us with our truck when it needed a part replaced.
