Christy B is wonderful. My wife Mona and I chose EchoPark for our daughter Juanita’s first experience getting a car. Christy is very knowledgeable and multitasks well. She explains the ins and outs very clearly. We most definitely will be back. Our experience has been great. She even took pictures of us with a bow on the car. Outstanding service helping me find just the right F150! They didn?t have it on their lot but moved some things around to get it for me & all for a great price! Highly recommend.

My only problem with the truck is when towing my 5th wheel trailer the trailer light goes on and off when the light is I don’t have brakes

I was a return customer as I purchased my previous truck here in 2011. I had a positive experience at that time, so I wanted to give the dealership another shot. I've been researching which truck and options I wanted to purchase for months, so I booked a sales appointment to help expedite the process. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with care and respect. My sales rep was Otis, who was assigned to me by chance when I booked the appointment. I cannot give him enough kudos. He was very friendly and worked with me to make sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted. The dealership made the process pretty quick and as painless as possible. When I decide it's time for my next Chevy truck, I will be returning to Rick Hendrick of Duluth.

Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. I can’t say enough about the dealership and DW…the absolute best experience buying a vehicle!

I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

Solid truck and great performance. Normal driving is fine, I use it as my daily driver.....but it also pulls our 40' 5th Wheel from Oklahoma to Colorado with ease and has pulled 4wheelers up a 20ft. embankment, out of a river, lol.

This was THE BEST experience at a car dealership we've ever had. My husband and I came in to look at the new explorers. Doug was our salesman and he was WONDERFUL. I've never met a car salesman so friendly and willing to work with us. He was also very friendly and kind to our two children and extremely accommodating. This is not a typical car dealership, as we have dealt with many others in the past that were just out to make a quick buck. Everyone we spoke with was extremely down to earth, personable, and helpful. We will be return customers in the future. Thank you for being such a wonderful and trustworthy group of individuals. This is my third Ram 2500 diesel. I have the Laramie level with the Level A group. The ride is very good for a truck especially a 3/4 ton, quite enough to have a normal conversation. I traded a 2023 Silverado LTZ for this Ram. There was no comparison in the solid closing feel and noise of the doors and the overall much better quality of the interior. The seats are comfortable for long trips. What can you say about the Cummins diesel that isn't already legend. It pulls like crazy, acceleration is good, my fuel mileage is 18.9 mpg with 80% suburban, 20% highway. I've had zero issues and don't expect any. Yes, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Its a diesel powered truck so its used to haul which it does with ease, but its comfortable, roomy, handles well and overall a great truck

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

Very upset that when I bought my truck was never told I had to bye a oil treatment after 15000 miles witch cost me 89. Dollars on my next oil change to keep my oil changes for life I was not told that when I bought my truck I think that’s crap not happy about that and don’t intend on paying for the oil treatment.

Have owned my 2022 2500 Tradesman for 14 months now. Very happy overall. Outstanding towing and payload capabilities. Quiet interior. Nice styling. I don't like the dial transmission control. Would prefer it if the infotaimment screen was angled toward the driver instead of flat. Also disappointed with the seating position with the manual seats. Felt like my butt sat too low. Remedied that with an aftermarket shim kit that raised the rear seat height 1/2". Much better. My first RAM. Would buy again.

My service advisor had such a great attitude with welcoming me in and smiling as he assured he would make sure my experience was going to be great. And it was thx to him. It was refreshing to have a service employee appear to love his job, or he pretending really well. Either way it was appreciated. A great attitude goes a long way!

I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

For some reason Mark's name is not on the list where it says, "Choose their name," but Mark was so helpful, patient, explained the process clearly and was very professional. I highly recommend him and would work with him and his team again. I would hope for a promotion for him Hyundai. :)
