Patrick was an extremely professional, no pressure salesman who works in an extremely comfortable environment who assisted was with the purchase of a RAM 2500. From arrival to completion he listened, acted and knew how to preform his duties in sales. Each employee were kind and willing to assist and professionally greeted.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. I was nervous buying remotely and they took extra pictures really helped me feel more at ease buying sight unseen. They even worked out a way to inexpensively ship the vehicle up to me in the Upper Panninsula of Michigan. Melissa and Kyle were awesome and helped facilitate the deal. Kyle Kolbe helped me find a great used Dodge Caravan. Vehicle has low mileage and a great warranty. Presented with "add-ons" and financing options but they respected my decision to decline.

Just purchased a new 2023 Jeep Compass at Gladstone Dodge. First, this is my 2nd Jeep vehicle. Second, the reason I purchased Jeep again is because of the quality of that brand. I have known him for 7 years since buying my first Jeep. He did a great job! In 47 years of buying new cars, I know he is a one of a kind guy. He really is great in this business. I trusted him fully when I contacted him, sent him a photo of the car I was interested in and he said are you sure you are going to like that one. I truthfully told him I looked at another one too. I told him I trusted him and to hit me up with the one he would pick for me. I went in for my appointment and was not disappointed. He showed me both cars and he was so right. I drove away in my brand new Jeep that day. This was the smoothest, easiest experience with Gladstone Dodge. I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Took my car in for an oil change. Ashton was so helpful and kind. I even went to the car after talking with him and told my husband how nice Ashton had been. I always have such great service there.

N never had a problem about it used and it was a farm truck. It's a little rusty but it runs its butt off but having problems with the electrical in the steering column . Need to get it fixed

I had to get a lot of work done on my car -a Fiat 500 L- New headlight, oil change, back brakes, new tires… Scott was very friendly, super helpful, and respectful. He explained in simple terms what I needed and when The repairs were complete, Rolando washed my vehicle and scraped the shoe polish message from my back window. Larry was super cool when he brought my vehicle out. I really enjoyed the waiting room because they had on some old cowboy show and had a library full of books we customers could read. Cookies and coffee made the wait great. When my car had to be in for much longer to get the brakes fixed, I got a great loaner car, a Fiat Abarth Turbo. Overall, highly recommended. Fiats always come with a little sticker shock so that was to be expected.

Very easy to do business with. Friendly, low pressure. I felt like they were honest and straight forward. I got the van for the price I was looking to pay and they even did a little extra work that I asked for.

i like the power and comfort of this truck. the fuel mileage is excellent and the comfort was very good on the 600 mile ride home.
