Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

It tows my fifth wheel with ease! It is also fun to drive, as a truck guy, it is the best truck I have owned.

We were traveling through Cedar City to our home in St George when the battery on our Ford Explorer failed. Although it was late in the day, Chrystian, our service advisor, was incredibly responsive and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found exactly the right Motorcraft (Ford) replacement battery and the tech, Colin, did a professional installation that included re-setting all of the displays. Terrific service. Too bad they aren't located in St George. We would make them our service department of choice for the Explorer.

Bought my 3500 Ram about a month ago so far runs great. I'm happy with it . Haven't got to pull the camper wit it yet.

But far the best deal for the money. This includes styling, interior, power , comfort and valueg. I was Disappointed that it has been in the shop 3 times with under 3500 miles for the evap system repair. I was charged for the repairs while truck was under bumper to bumper warranty!

Overall good experience. Couldn’t get much done until you go in. Only put half a tank of gas in after they said they would fill it up and no floor mats. And manager special is not for everyone.

My car issues have been resolved . The price was dropped down, I did wish they would of payed for the whole deal, but it is, what it is. The word integrity has been lost in today's world.
