I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

About 2 years ago my wife and I came to this dealership just to look around. We weren’t planning on getting helped by anyone since we’ve had bad experiences at other dealerships (Freeway Honda/Nissan Garden Grove). We originally came looking for an Elantra N but had no luck. That’s when we met Eddie, our salesman. He introduced us to the Kona N — I loved it right away, and after a test drive, my wife loved it so much that it became her car! Eddie was excellent — honest, straightforward, and easy to work with. He gave us a great deal with the help of Juan, the Sales Manager, who was also fantastic: genuine, kind, and honest. Fast forward 2 years later, I was in the market for a car myself. I was considering a Type R, but at $60K with no room for negotiation, it didn’t make sense. My wife suggested reaching out to Eddie to see if there were any 2025 Elantra Ns available. Sure enough, he told us there were two. We came back, saw the facelift, and loved it. When we sat down to talk numbers, Juan (the Sales Manager) actually remembered us and since we had also recently brought my mother-in-law in to buy a Palisade, they once again took great care of us.
