Took it in right before a holiday due to the service engine light.The code that came up had to be verified as there were two possible options for repair. I figured an update would be forthcoming the following week. I had to make the effort to get the update on my service. No one contacted me first. It did take over a week to get my vehicle back. However, it was repaired without charge as it was under warranty. And there were no issues after.

After negotiating my best price, including my trade, I made the choice to drive 1,000 miles each way (Phoenix to Norman, OK. and back) to work with the great folks at Landers CDJR! From my initial contact with Kurtis and Tobi, I felt that they truly cared about me and making the best deal that they could. Good experience, did not buy truck because of last owner and too much cigarette smell. Also the driver seat did not go high enough that I could see over the hood. Yes, I am vertically challenged.....
