I showed him the vehicle I was interested in and he took my information and got me started,..because it had snowed he personally cleaned off the vehicle showed me all the new gadgets and gadgets to working the vehicle and from there i test drove it. He was very concerning throughout the WHOLE process answering any questions I had. Even offering me their complimentary beverages. Vadim Molotkovskiy (Genera Sales Manager) helped with financing my new vehicle even went as far as to try and find me lower Interest rate. Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

They are unparalleled with their mechanical knowledge. I have dealt with them for many years and they always exceed my expectations. Very friendly, speedy and prices are always fair. They are masters at matching colors. I will take my car nowhere, but Target.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! We would totally tell any of our friends not only to go there for their next vehicle, though we would let them know they would be in good hands with everyone that works there. The credit manager was so professional, helpful and friendly and funny to boot! Chrissy was so kind. Their new cashier was helpful and sweet! We would %100 recommend them without a doubt! Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck
