2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

The company actually was very good to us and bent some rules to accommodate us in purchasing a vehicle from them. Also they, without seeing this vehicle in person made repairs that they didn't have to on our behalf. The staff WAS very patient and caring. Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!

So my name is Dan, and I live ion Cape Cod MA I was looking for specific type of vehicle, which is a ram 1500 Longhorn Laramie edition. Replacing the one I have. Car gurus when you’re doing a search looks everywhere. Including Ohio. I was sent an email from the Internet manager Julia W and then called by a sales person. Brennan went out of his way to get me the details I needed in order for me to make a trip to Ohio and purchase a truck and then drive it home. In the meantime, I found a truck one state away, rather than seven states away, and I made a decision to purchase in Connecticut. I’m writing this review because Brennen and Julia his manager had a clear customer forward focus. They sent me photos of the truck on a lift for me to look for rust… As well as some detail photos for the paint and interior /- . can’t say enough good things About this dealership. I tow 12,000#’s-16,800#’s regularity for work and our 5th wheel. This is my 2nd ram, first was a 5500 with 11’ flat bed, fantastic rig as long as I had 7 tons or more, rode fine. Semiconductor and current one is a ‘17 3500 dually, tows great and not one issue

Hello! I had been in an accident was looking for a good, used car, in our area, and I found one online ,that I was very interested in! I called and spoke to the employee, Michael Kane, and asked if the car was still available, and it WAS! YAY! SO, we drove over very soon after and I took it for a test drive. Michael was very enthusiastic, very business -like, but -NOT -PUSHY! He answered all our questions about the transition and was very patient and courteous. I had not bought a car in 17 years. So, we ended up purchasing the car and now it is sitting in our garage! I had been scheduled to go get a rental car, but, now,I don't NEED to.! It's true, I saw the car online, and would have gone to see it no matter what. But, he made the whole experience a pleasant one! I had been in an accident, and I need a car for work and everything else people do!! He said they get cars in regularly. So,Keep this business in mind and ask for Michael !

This is our 1 ton work truck. It has been very dependable. It rides like a 1 ton truck as you would expect, but it does not wear you out. Basic interior but I do have to say the stock stereo is very good!

The ram 3500 exceeded my expectation for the gas mileage and reliability. This is my 2nd dsl and I wouldn’t buy a Ford or GM.
