This is my first review ever, and the first time my husband and I have ever bought a car from Naples. we have always had to travel away from Naples to buy our cars. 2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

Ronak Pandit was no nonsense, respectful, and took the time to carefully listen to my needs. He worked diligently to find the vehicle I was looking for and was flexible enough to find the same truck in a color that I was hoping for and happily switched the paperwork to the new vehicle. In the end, he helped me find the truck with the mechanical features I needed in a pleasant color and was eager to work through the whole process. Josh in F & I was equally informative, and strived to provide options that would offer me the most appropriate choice in service. He knew just how to work through the hurdles of the DMV process to smooth things out. In addition, Tiffany's team in service quickly worked to put the finishing touches on the truck and fine tune the alignment for me. Thank you to all of these fine people.

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

I came back! This is the third time I?ve purchased a vehicle from Hyundai! I absolutely love this place! I worked with Joe this time around, and I have to say this guy is awesome! He?s so incredibly kind and down to earth. He really wants to help you find what you *NEED.* This deal I worked with Joe, Steve, Phil and of course Karen! I love you all. Such incredible people. Yes, they are a car dealership. Yes, they sell you cars. I initially went in looking for a used bigger vehicle. I was given the option but ultimately Joe showed me new was going to be the way to go. He showed me my budget friendly vehicle and the second I dismissed it for personal reasons he basically tossed the keys back in the building and got me what suited my growing family better! I spent several months looking for my last truck and after dealer with five local dealers, Duval worked harder to find what I wanted. Warren an Drew were very professional and made sure they kept in touch with me the entire time. I highly recommend Duval Ford for anyone's next purchase.

Built solid, tons of room in the crew cab as well as in the long bed, gets better mileage than I thought it would 15.2- City and 17.8 HWY, 8.3 with 22K lb. 5th wheel. I don’t feel the Grand Design 397TH behind it on travel days. This truck is equipped with the 4:10’s H/O, A transmission. The vehicle when bought had 10,500 on it and I just rolled 15,835 with zero issues.

Good work. Took a little longer than we expected. We had expected to geta call telling us the day work would be completed, but we did not .

Doug was very patient. He made sure I got the exact vehicle that I wanted and made it a very easy process. we found the vehicle that I wanted and then he held it for me for three weeks while I was out of town.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Honestly I was starting to feel Very overwhelmed for a time during the price/payment discussions, but Chris and his team were very helpful and willing to work with me and I ended up with a 2019 Ford Escape that I feel very comfortable in.

I found a 2016 Ford flex online through true car and set up an appointment for a test drive. Greg Morris was quick to respond and kept in touch with me answering all questions up to my appointment. When I arrived the car was out front. I had to wait a few minutes but not long and we went for a little test drive. I had already been pre approved by my bank for the loan so I went to get the check and Greg had my new car washed for me and waiting by the front Door. Signed all the paperwork there is a bit. Total time from appointment to complete was 4 hrs. But half that I was at the bank because I filled out my paperwork wrong. Had I done it correctly the dealership would have been able to complete that portion for me and save time. This dealership is full of gorgeous new jeeps and chargers and lots more. I had a very nice experience thanks to Greg! I absolutely love my new to me car!
