Perfect Customer Service. I left really content with my purchase. I came in looking for specific car and left with what i was exactly for.

I have owned many trucks, Chevy, Ford and Ram, Ram is outstanding on performance and reliability. I use these trucks for work, heavy loads including excavation equipment, The high output diesel provides great power. Out performs Ford and Chevy hands down. My only complaint is cheap plastic interior parts that show wear easy. Every Ram over the years has been the same cheap plastic parts. Door panels and such mar and scratch easy from normal wear and tear. My opinion is Ram builds a real workhorse. In the past there were a lot of transmission issues, I believe they have resolved those past issues Cummins power is unbeatable and for years the trans just could not handle the power. I have noticed a big difference on the 2024 model, the trans seems to shift better and does not overheat under heavy load. There is a lot of hype about who builds the best truck, and most of that is sales driven commercials. So I give Ram a 9 out of 10 rating totally based on ownership satisfaction, performance, and long term cost of maintaining the truck.

Ana was absolutely amazing! I have been buying my Nissan from peacock since 2008. I bought my 2023 Altima from Peacock and Ana made the whole experience fantastic. She found exactly what I was looking for and for an even better price! I was in and out within 2 hours! My daughter was now ready to purchase a 2025 Tacoma. I texted Ana and she once again was amazing! She not only found the color she wanted, she also got her a fantastic final price! We were in and out within 2 hours! Geo, is the best salesperson who put faith back into dealerships and salespeople. He Kept every word promised and did an excellent job communicating, helping, and answering concerns. It was worth the 12 hr drive to do business with him. He should be promoted for going above and beyond his job. He was the last person to leave late at night and even helped move our things to the new car to complete his sale. Great salesperson and would make a great manager! The finance manager Brian was great too, helped make the buying process easy.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

Only complaint i have is why does it take so long to make a recall.My truck is for mostly pleasure so miles are low.Its out of bumper to bumper warranty and now abs pump hcu is out and they dont have one available or will not recall it knowing its been a problem for alot of trucks!!!!! CHRYSLER YOU NEED TOO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!! THANKS!!! ALOT OF MONEY FOR THESE VEHICLES TOO BE SO FLAWED!!!!

2016 SRW 3500 4x4 Megacab Aisin trans Laramie Pulls my 18000 pound toyhauler anywhere i point it! Other than a dishonest dealership here in Decatur Il. that put a gasket bandaid on a front end cover seal, under warranty, instead of replacing the seal of the crank, the real problem, this truck has been exemplary! 24.5 mpg at 80 mph, 14 to 15 mpg in town. Nothing goes wrong and it just keeps on running!

They are very helpful and the car's they post was very nice older BMW 740il some where very overpriced for the year but some wasn't but I'm looking for the price range of $3000-$4000 in good condition

beats the 6.4 gas motor 2500 towing all day long and in town. The cummins is the only way to go and the HPF pump hasn't been a deal since I pull maintenance. and the new 12" display is awesome!
