Alex and Juan from the Service department are amazing! My boyfriend dropped off his vehicle this past Saturday for an inspection. We returned later that evening for an update, and Alex let us know that their mechanic found an issue. Alex mentioned that it would take a few days to resolve, considering it was the weekend. During this time, Juan was already in the process of getting a rental started without being asked! Simply amazing! Alex has truly gone above and beyond to take care of us while our vehicle is being serviced. He has kept us updated the entire time, and we never had to worry or feel stressed through this process. We can't thank him enough for his patience, kindness, and phenomenal Customer Service. This location has a gem of an employee, and we hope that he is recognized! Thank you, Alex! And thank you, Juan! I had a 2015 Nissan Rogue S AWD that I loved, but sadly, it was involved in a accident on January 9th, 2026, bought my car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in 2022, it was declared a total loss, so I got a settlement payment and went looking for a car and noticed that Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls was selling a Hyundai Kona for a decent, and I contacted my previous salesperson, Michael Baldwin, because he gave the best customer service and helped me out the best to find me a car, he was able to help me with the test drive of the 2023 Hyundai Kona I saw, was very professional and very communicative, gave me a CarFax report, it had a very minor car accident, but me and Michael, the salesperson, looked at the car and said it looks like it was very minor, taken care of and never affected the engine or the drive, the Hyundai Kona drove like a new car, like if it was never in a minor accident, he explained well on the Hyundai warranty left, explained about the extended warranty Option, and Gap insurance, and said that I would have to to talk to the finance manager, to do all the signing and see if I can get any lower on the price or deal on the extended warranty after the Hyundai warranty expires, which still had 5 years or 100,000 mile warranty left and I was very appreciative of Michael Baldwin's help, the Finance person was a different story, he wasn't able to lower the price of the vehicle and should have since they were selling the car at a high Kelly Blue Book asking price, even with minor damage reported, but was repaired, by previous owner, which he should have lower the price by $1,000, but didn't, but gave me a discount on yhe extended warranty and Gap insurance, so, I g a ve Michael Baldwin a A+ for a great job of his part and a C+ for the Finance person who I dealt with to sign for the car, he did give me a good interest rate, I highly recommend talking to Michael Baldwin if you want to look at a car at Ron Marhofer Hyundai in Cuyahoga Falls, he's the best!🚙👍☺️

After having signed up for alerts for a 1999 Jeep Wrangler over a year ago . I was alerted that this dealership had taken one in on trade. I actually was able to speak to the dealership owner on the phone and purchased it without even looking at it. It was exactly what I had been waiting for plus it was only 30 minutes away. I found the sales people actually loved their jobs and it was like dealing with friends. Truly not what I would have ever expected. It proved to be a fun experience .

Perfect for our senior road trips. (With the exception of the placement of cup holders). The cargo space allows us to leave possessions in the van, out of sight, on overnight stays.

Work was done after 1 1/2 hours and at a reasonable price considering it's been four years since brake work was done on this vehicle.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I like the comfort of this vehicle. It has decent space in the cargo area. I like the fuel economy. 27 mpg Hwy and 21 city. The only fault I've discovered so far is: Depending on the.position of the van, its sometimes difficult to see traffic coming from the right when stopped because the windows aren't big enough to see that far back. Ive tried using my mirror and that didn't work either. Had to reposition my vehicle.
