He and Steve Meyer, sales manager, spent time this Thursday on buying back our 2015 Avalon with 19k mileage, as my wife stopped driving. These two men present an attitude of what can we do for you to have you know we treat you like more than a satisfied customer?I wondered how they could give me such a fair deal!!! It was2k more than Carmax, and I was pleased with their quote. They are the ONLY PLACE TO GO TO WITHIN 50 miles!!!

Bought a 2019 G90 Ultimate V8, and absolutely LOVE this car! Power, AWD, Class, and Amazing Comfort! This car has just about every option you can think of as standard equipment. Makes long road trips seem easy and coddles you is serene comfort the whole way there. So far have 40K miles with no issues of any kind whatsoever!! Done my research and was considering the BMW & Mercedes, but walked away from those due to reliability and ownership cost issues. Compared the G90 to the Lexus LS460 & LS500, and honestly liked the car better due to the comfort and quiet, not to mention the cost savings! Everything i read is that this engine is one of the most reliable ones out there and so far everything on car is just like it was the day I bought it, so I would highly recommend this car to anyone!

I had a travel experience in January 2023, while vacationing in Florida, to save money I ordered a subcompact and was up graded to a Chevy Malibu. The LT has the smaller 1.5 L 4 Cylinder which was great on gas, performance was good, not great like my Chevy Avalanche. Missed my flight back to JFK NYC, My fault. Jet Blue got me to LaGuardia AP. Rental Company at JFK was About to Close. The same Company had a branch in LaGuardia they rented me a Malibu at no extra cost. It snowed and the front wheel drive just held the road. That's why I purchased a 2020 Malibu Premier it had everything but the Safety & entertainment. I loved everything else.

Great car no problem with the car very reliable great gas mileage. Love the way it handles, not the quietest car but it’s not annoyingly loud. Connects to your phone pretty well only had one problem with it connecting to my phone but it’s never happened again.

I had a great experience with Christian Miller helping me find my RAV4. He had so much patience working with me. I was not sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but I knew the features I wanted. All AutoNation are not the same. I been buying high end cars all of my life including Porsche, Mercedes, BMW. I sold my Audi and needed a car so i went to AutoNation, The car I found was at AutoNation MB Orlando. It was a one owner MB S550 27K miles all service records. I called the MB Dealer to see if the car was available spoke to Brian Alburtus to ask about the condition of the car because it was not certified. I asked him if he could left me know the condition of the car {scratches dents curb rash ect}. His response was" of course it will have (scratches minor dents and curb rash we price it so we don't have to deal with it". This was so odd it insulted me. I called back felt a message for GM no return call. I called THIRD time spoke to used car Manager Herb he went to look at car said it was clean. . I then contact AutoNation Ft Myers to see if they could move the car down to FT Myers. Here the complete opposite experience I spoke to Hunter he said he Spoke to GM Tony and the decided to move the car into there inventory i put down a 1000 deposit. "come and see if you like it" I did come and see and bought the car. Talk about a complete different experience they were concerned about me and my needs. When the day came to pick up the car, I felt right at home all the nervous tension that come from talking to AutoNation MB Orlando was gone. The original owner took good care of this sedan and I intend to do the same. This car is the base sedan, manual 5 speed and gets phenomenal gas milage.

I had a 21 TLX advanced with the 2.0 L four-cylinder turbo and in 2023 I traded it for the TLX type S. What a shockingly different car. Granted the car probably has about 75 hp less than it should from the factory but, it’s easy to tune and mine is in the 435 hp range now. It was a great car to begin with and now it’s even better. There are a couple nagging issues with it: the brakes rattle, the Brembo brakes upfront, the pads on the inside, rattle like a bad ball joint whenever you hit a bump. The dealer couldn’t fix the problem and Acura told them “that’s the way it is, they are performance brakes“ well that’s a bunch of hog wash so I fixed it myself. Just an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that IJust an inexpensive shim on the inside pad and all was fixed. There are some long-term issues that I am concerned about: the rear suspension plug for the adaptive suspension can get corroded over overtime and the entire car needs to be stripped apart to replace a wire harness. I haven’t had an issue with this, but I did grease my rear plugs just to be on the safe side. And these cars are known to have transfer case issues, resulting in a transmission replacement. Again, I haven’t had that issue, but the car only has 9000 miles on it. Just things that I am concerned about long-term as it seems Honda/Acura reliability, even though better than anything out there, isn’t what it used to be. But this is a fantastic car! And I would absolutely buy it again.

I can't recommend them enough; they care about you, listen to you, and work hard to get you everything you need! They don't push anything on you; they get straight to the point and work their magic. I had never heard of the Honda Insight, but due to a change in job location, I have a longer commute...unfortunately, the price of gas has increased and I felt the mpg of my current vehicle wouldn’t make sense so I went into a local dealer and I was introduced to a Honda Insight...great mpg and value

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I’m having some transmission slipping ..major red flag .. but I’m so happy with the overall performance otherwise since I’ve owned other many other problems when they were high mileage . I’d buy a Nissan Sentra again if I could afford it . Older lady .. wishing I could get my Transmission to not be sluggish in 1st gear !!!! Transmission sticking !!

I bought 2017 Maxima in 2024...it is an awesome car looks sporty and is fast..great low and high end torque....I do use premium fuel as it recommends, note:I did purchase a warranty because I knew of some of the cars having cvt issues..so I took to Nissan they saw code recommended replacement of transmission with warranyi paid 200 dollars replaced...life is good so far 🙏🏾👍🏿

I loved my 2013 Acura ILX! This car is incredibly reliable. I drove mine for 7 years with minimal, standard maintenance. Would still be driving it, but upgraded to a larger vehicle for a new season of life. I would recommend this car 100 times over. Great gas mileage, low maintenance, and amazing feel of a luxury vehicle.

I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I bought new in 2015. Now over 110K miles. No issues at all except regular maintenance. It's been one of the best cars I've owned - value, comfort, MPG, etc. It has dated well and doesn't look like a 11 year old car. The 2.4 does burn about a quart of oil every 2K miles. I regularly check the oil level and do all maintenance early. I don't know how it would hold up if I drove it hard or didn't do regular maintenance.....

I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

This company bends over backwards to accommodate their customers. Every time I see one of their commercials on tv I get a good feeling becuse of my experience.

After over 78000 miles, nothing but regular maintenance. Trip from Atlanta to Ohio, 40 mpg. In town mileage 31-32 mpg. Had a 2014 and it was a great car as well. Paid $16,999 on sale in 2017 on Passat S. Best car in 55 years of driving.

Great car. I drive about 30 miles a day round trip. Great in city and on the freeway. Stylish great features. Comfortable ride even as a bigger dude.

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

About 1300 miles into a new 2023 WRX Premium. Car is a blast to drive and mine also has the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade (very nice audio). Not as creature comfortable as my past BMWs but definitely comfortable. Premium only came with cloth seats so added seat covers. MT is the only way to go! An honest fun to drive car at a reasonable price.

Technician was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to have my Navigation system working which they were unable to do after a 3hr wait during my previous visit. I loved receiving the video of the inspection because that made me more knowledgeable of the cars inner working. I would love to have the same customer service person again. Ann

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.
