Bought for 4700 at 60.000 miles very clean comfy quiet drove for year. The power steering went out replaced tires and the wheel bearing at 2years! Now needs breaks and some regular maintenance. Over all very stylish and runs very strong. Great on gas. And have drove cross country. Recently changed battery. Over all the car has been very reliable now has 127.00 miles. Passing it onto my collage s daughter for collage . Hope it last at least another year. Air ice cold the sunroof has been cool feature. Highly recommend

Cars listed on their website sell quickly so it's best to visit in person with cash in hand or financing pre-arranged. The 2014 Mazda2 that I bought had new front tires and the rear tires have at least 90% of tread remaining. Everything works, no leaks, clear coat is intact and I'm happy.

Cory was the person that helped me and he was such a big help! I went in with my eye on one car but was a little indecisive, so i was on the search for another one and he made such a big effort to help me out. I ended up purchasing the second vehicle and absolutely love it.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

The sale rep that I dealt with got a little snippy a few times within the transaction ,as I was unsure of my next move. Also said something that was somewhat sexist and I reconsidered again, but I loved the car,the price, and the mileage that was on it, so I proceeded with the sale. If I had to go there again, I would probably ask that person to realize that MY money was being spent here,and that patience should always be a virtue. I really truly think that someone else was looking at the particular car that I liked, and the sales person figured that if I didn't buy it, the other person would,and the sales rep became a few shades colder at that point. The other staff members were very courteous and kind, not pushy or overzealous with their sales persona.

This is my fourth Malibu, first one was a 2004 Maxx, second one was a 2017 Malibu LS, third one was a 2022 LS and now I have a 2024 RS, all four have been good cars with excellent fuel economy and space inside, maybe not as refined as some Japanese models but great cars regardless, give one a try....

Due to a massive recall, I could not get an appointment for at least three weeks at the nearby dealership for a much needed oil change. I took a chance since I was in the West End and went by West Broad Hyundai to see if they could work me in which they could. I only had to wait an hour. And they found a nail in my tire so an additional forty five minutes had that problem fixed, too.

First, anybody who automatically passes on considering a Kia (or its sister company Hyundai) when shopping for a new or "newer" used car is making a mistake. Both of these manufacturers create some of the best cars available in a number of different categories. They have become what Toyota and its sister Lexus were 30 years ago, only better. Those brands never offered a 10/100 drivetrain or a 5/60 bumper to bumper warranty with the 5/60 being fully transferrable to a second owner. Bottom line, we own a 2019 Kia Cadenza (fully competitive with a Lexus ES350) with 9,000 miles and the remainder warranty lasting 4 years and 51,000 miles and a drive away price after a minimal trade and much negotiation of $21,600. The CarFax was clean down to the service history. The supply of these is dwindling and/or going up in price because people have read the reviews and articles and choosing these instead of a Toyota Avalon, Chevy Impala, Buick LaCrosse or even an older Lexus ES.

Wasn't too ecstatic about the sales person that helped me. There were times that he clearly became irritated with me,after proclaiming TWICE that there was a strict "no hassle" policy at Hertz. I love my new car, but the salesmans' attitude was quite unnerving. He even had a few sexist remarks to spew at me while I was test driving the car! Work on those salesman skills sir....

I bought a 2014 Mazda3 iSport last week, and it was a very good overall experience. Paul Thrasher (Internet Sales) was responsive, attentive and thoughtful. He listened to what was important to me and sought to accommodate. There was no hard-selling, and I ended up with good value for the price. I would recommend this dealership and Paul in particular.

After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

I absolutely love this car, I am so glad i went with this car instead of the other option i was looking at. The only things i don’t like, are the limited storage space, and the engine start stop feature. There should be an option to turn it off and keep it off instead of having to turn it off every time i start the car. Other than that, this car is amazing. It has great leg room in the back, which is what i was looking for the most besides the remote start. I upgraded from a 2003 elantra.

Got the best deal I've ever made on a car - a 2010 BMW 328 xdrive sport wagon with 20,000 miles for $20,000. GQ was great - I bought the car sight unseen and it's a creampuff. I stopped on my way to a conference and they had everything ready for me in an hour. Really beautiful cars here.

I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! I have the Sport AWD trim in Velocity Red. I’m coming off a 2015 Subaru Legacy Limited, which I loved. There is no comparison between the two cars. Even in sport mode the CT4 has a more comfortable ride. The Legacy’s cabin was a little roomier but the fit and finish on the Cadillac is top notch. Handling is much better too.

Dealership was well run with adequate inventory. Sale was smooth and seamless. Purchase time beat other dealerships.

I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

2018 Tesla Model 3 Long Range RWD I purchased this car with a little less than 60k miles one and a half years ago for 21k. It now as 97k miles and the only maintenance I’ve done have been new tires and windshield washer fluid. Someone made a left turn in front of me and the car was already braking as I was lifting my foot off the accelerator. Quite literally saved my life. The suspension is tuned to be sporty, so it’s not a plush ride by any means, but it’s hard to beat at its price point in the used market.

JJ did a great job selling us a car. There was no pressure. It was a pleasure working with him. We recommend both the dealership and JJ.
