Greensboro Acura has been my dealer since 2005. I am currently in my 7th Accra, 2021 RDX, Since 2005, my salesperson has been Denise Hadley. Because of her attention to detail and willingness to find the right car, I have recommended at least 10 people who all have purchased cars, I live in Raleigh, NC but lived in Greensboro for 25 years. The service department has been more than wonderful and courteous to me. I had Derek for many years and now I go to Destiny, Yes, I drive to Greensboro to get my car serviced. The one is Raleigh is 15min from me. Denise had always followed up on any car I have leased or purchased. I feel she knows what like and takes the time to find what I need. The service department, keeps very good records of all the services done on my cars. 2 years ago, I had an accident in my 2015 RDX, in Atlanta . It was a nightmare! Due to the poor repairs done in Atlanta from who my insurance sent me, a car that should have been fixed ended up a total, It was not until 6 weeks of back and forth to Atlanta, I finally got it to Greensboro Acura and one look under the hood the problem was found. Because Greensboro was the only one doing maintenance on my car, they knew my car. I am extremely pleased with the services I receive from Ms Hadley and the service department at Greensboro Acura.

I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Elantra Limited without really even knowing all the extras it has. I'm learning new things about it all the time. I've never had a car so fancy! Hey, after 12 years with a Kia Spectra, this car is FANCY! I've never had leather seats, let alone heated leather seats! I've never been able to make a phone call by telling the car to call someone! I cant really think of anything about this vehicle that disappoints me at all. I'm just grateful to Gustman Honda in Appleton and my salesman Jon Devet for being so great and helping me keep to my budget while still getting SO much car! I know she's 6yrs old but shes like new to me, and I love her. Great car!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

I came for a specific Porsche 911 Carrera. The entire experience was great from start to finish. My salesman was a pleasure to work with and provided lots of pictures and information in advance of my visit from 3 hours away.

I apologize for just writing this about RYAN as I was here a month ago .But I have to write this.His customer service skills were EXCEPTIONAL .I CAME IN inquiring about Tires as i.had a donut on my car due to.a blowout I REALLY WAS SEARCHING FOR THE BEST PRICE ON 2 TIRES. I bought a 2014 VW Passat SE in 2014 Brand New. I have done all the recommended maintenance on the car since I bought it and I have never had it break on me. I just hit 100k last month. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago and I hit what appeared to be a piece of concrete or asphalt in the road. It made a loud thud under my car and I immediately lost power and the car turned off. I had it towed to the dealership. Whatever I hit took out my fuel pump that is inside the gas tank. They charged me $2100 to fix it. So I can tell you first hand these cars are reliable if you do all the maintenance like you are supposed to. But when they do Break, they cost way more than they should to fix them!

I have a Panamera 4 and it is the best car I have ever owned. After 5 years it has never let me down- not even once- and besides the recall notices that were always handled during regularly scheduled visits nothing has needed attention. The fit and finish and styling are still totally on point after all this time. The car looks and drives exactly like it did when new despite 30,000 miles. Also, I have 21’ wheels and thought I would have to replace the tires by now. However, they are chunky and full of tread. I drove 1000 miles in one day last week averaging 77mph and 29.5mpg. Great performance and a long drive in one day. It was so nice on the road and my body despite the longest drive of my life! Fit and finish, quality of the components, and tech that is totally up to date after 5 years. Wow. Loved it! I also own a cayenne and a 2015 Mercedes S class. The Mercedes is not close to the quality unfortunately.
