I highly recommend buying a car from EchoPark. The experience is completely different from a traditional dealership. We never felt rushed, and Logan, our Experience Guide, worked with us the entire time—so we didn’t have to deal with a finance manager trying to upsell or pressure us. This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

Excellent gas milege...regularly exceed the EPA highway estimate for this car. Already have over 30000 miles on it. Regualar maintenace so far at the dealer. Now looking at a set of replacement tires as the OEM's do not last as long as expected. Other than the high wear on the tires, Android Auto connections used to be iffy at best until I figured out how the keep the connection.,

The service on the vehicle was fine. I didn't have them change the cabin filter because they wanted to charge me $75.93 for the filter which cost $12.99 on Amazon and to charge me $20.00 labor to change it which takes 5 minutes. Hard for me to trust them in the future

I’m in love with this car. I love the features with my EX trim. Heated/cooled seats. Sunroof and wood grain interior. The only issue I have is I’ve never owned a car with CVT. It feels a bit odd at times compared to my previous cars. But anything is better than dealing with Ford’s DCT.

We had the 2018 before this 2023 for 3years and it was amazing other than regular maintenance we put a battery in it that's it. Loved the car took us everywhere without fail very reliable. Has a mean punch with the 4-cylinder but it's the turbo Tranny makes it mean. It goes when you need to! Nice style looks classy and sporty. We got grey metallic paint it looks purple! We love this car too, a lot like our old one but new features for sure driving assistance features crash prevention, and new car deck bigger and better could use a lot more bass lol. But great sound without good bass. Malibu's are being discontinued so the wife and I will be looking at a impala next ride purchase as we fell hard for Chevy Period!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

My last four cars have been Honda Accords. This time I purchased a 2025 Accord Hybrid Touring trim. My previous Honda was a 2013 Accord EX-L V6 w/Nav; I liked it better. It accelerated, it was comfortable but not too big, it was dependable, it had the right amount of high tech features. By contrast the 2025 Hybrid Touring accelerates at a more leisurely pace, is comfortable (with exceptions), is hopefully dependable (we'll find out), and is overly technical in the display and elsewhere. It is bigger than my 2013 Accord (more than mid-size in my view), and that concerns me. Everything in the well-less trunk sloshes around. There are no buttons to push to open garage doors; Honda asks the owner to subscribe for and download an app called MyQ and link it with HondaLink in the display for a software solution. The two apps refuse to link in my car, and I am not about to pay a monthly subscription charge for SaaS when buttons would have been fine. Sure, my MPG have risen from 27 to 45, but who really cares? With the Touring, there is no height adjustment on the front passenger seat, and I am not yet fully comfortable with the lumbar support on the driver's seat. There are two many controls on the steering wheel, dashboard, and display. Simplify, Honda! Simplify, simplify, simplify!

The first time I bought a car (not from CarMax) it was a terrible experience and I was stuck with a hunk of junk that was worth far less than what I owed. CarMax made me an amazing offer for it, and helped me pick a the SUV of my dreams that was within my means! Affordable, beautiful quality, it looks and smells BRAND NEW - no one would ever suspect it was used!! The buying process was so simple and quick. Purchased at 35k , now at 50k miles. No issues so far. Rides like new. Very,very stable on freeway and when making turns. Hybrid model has a heavy battery pinning down the car for extra road grip. My wife loves how stable it is. Our other SUV tilts during turns, but Fusion gives you a peace of mind that it won't overturn. Lumbar support seats are awesome, and pretty well designed. Also enjoying power seat adjust on front seats. Ideal commuter. Impressed to get 38 mpg town/freeway. I love toyota prius too but fusion is a better looking car IMHO. Only con is a small screen especially when backing up , but we have SE trim,so that's why. Loving fuel tank that's capless, 1 less thing to twist. Just insert that hose at a gas station and remove when done! The interior is also very quiet so taking a phone call is a breeze. Really loving intuitive physical button controls. We entertained an idea of getting another car with a big sensor screen and on-screen buttons, but we are not giving up our physical controls on Ford after all! I have read this is a very reliable car among American manufacturers. Piece of advise: but $20 lug nuts and replace stock ones on wheels ,because they get swollen, buldge and impossible to remove in field conditions.
