5 Golden stars! I was in the market looking for a new car had been searching for almost a month. I ran across Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh while watching Sunday night football ball.. seen this 2014 max and that I had to have! I inquire about the car the next day and a online rep contacted me about my inquiry. I set an appointment for the same day! I drove an hour and a half to this dealership with all good hopes of bring home a car! As soon as I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with exceptional customer service. I was actually looking for the rep that I had spoke with earlier that day but she had left for the evening. MACKLY, my guy! He was beyond great! He told me that the lady I was looking for was out but he could definitely help me! I sat down with him and discussed exactly what I was there for! Instantly he grabbed the keys to the car and we headed for a test drive! Man this car was CLEAN! Mackly was very knowledgeable with his information provided! Seems like him and I had met once in this lifetime! I felt right at home! Once back at the dealership things went good and smoothed and fast! Of course numbers were ran and Mackly did his best while working with his team to get me a good and affordable rate! Long story long or more so short! Fred Anderson Nissan is great dealership with great people I wouldn???t mind any day doing business with!
I was searching the web yesterday morning for good deals on SUVs. I received a call from Shi Hill and we agreed to meet. Got to Fred Anderson Nissan...not anticipating driving home in a new car later that evening however, I am super excited about my new SUV. Shi was top notch. She was very knowledgeable and beyond patient. We were both exhausted by the end of the day, but she ensured my experience was a great one. Our salesman was Adam, who I have to say is the best sales professional I have ever had (and I've had many). He thoroughly explained the Fred Anderson buying advantages, such as free oil changes for life. In addition, he had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and that really helped us in our decision process. I must also mention the facility is amazing, state of the art with nice amenities such as (really good) coffee. The service department is friendly and modern. Last week was the first time my daughter purchased a car on her own. She said the person I talked to said he will take care of me. When I tell you Tim took care of my daughter like he was her loving uncle. He shared his personal journey with us which made everything so family like. His energy is so calming and filled with kindness. He has made car buying the absolute stress free ever. If you are looking for some one that puts your intrest first Tim is the person to see. A Ford dealership on Rt 95 in Kenly that deals honestly and with integrity. Using cars.com I found the 2016 Mustang covertible with the color and options I was looking for. I contacted Joe Husick, their internet sales person as I'm located an hour away from Kenly Ford. Joe quickly responded to my email answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. We discussed my trade and what it would be valued at.
I drove to Kenly to see the car and it was exactly how Joe described it. He offered me the value we discussed for my trade and I bought the car on the spot. The folks at Kenly are honest and nice people. It was well worth my drive and I would look at Kenly in the future for my cars.

I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT from Joe Husick at Kenly Ford yesterday. Four things that made all the difference: (1) I did not feel pushed or pressured or rushed at any point during the visit. That is a big deal to me. (2) Joe Husick worked hard to make our trade-in value fit what he had quoted me over the phone. After he pointed out the wear and tear, it was easy to see it wasn't worth as much as we all thought. But he did his best to match the number he told me earlier and he came very close to it. (3) Husick went out of his way to help me move and install two huge Britax carseats into the vehicle for the test drive (that is no easy task). He was very attentive to installing them just right. I was shopping without my husband (he's a Marine) with an infant and toddler in tow, and Joe Husick helped me out a ton. He helped way more than he had to. (4) Everyone at Kenly was very friendly toward my kids. My toddler kept wanting to walk around the new car floor and all the gentlemen up there were very kind to her. The business manager was super sweet and patient while my kids were boucing around and making all sorts of noise. Nobody judged me when my kids were crying at different points. Overall, we had a VERY good experience at Kenly. I highly recommend it.
Had a great experience with Kenly Ford this past Saturday 12/10 when I bought by new F-150. I dealt with David and he was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Ford. They seem very down to earth and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell.

After looking at the Kenly Ford website, I completed an email inquiry and was contacted by Johnny Jackson in less than 24 hours. Mr.Jackson was very helpful and not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable about Ford products and helped me narrow down my options. He was honest and straightforward and found me a great rate for financing. Milly in finance was very efficient as well. Best of all, the car that I purchased was a great price!
I would like to say thanks for the polite and caring service from all that were at the dealership. They all worked as a team to make sure that we had all of the information that we needed for the vehicle that we purchased. They all worked with us to make this happen. It was a pleasant experience for us to do business with them. You don't get this from large dealerships. The price and quality was also very competitive.
