I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Eric Ward was my salesperson and he did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and making sure that they were met. I liked his service so much that I purchased two cars - 2020 Honda CRV Touring Hybrid and 2020 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. The only things that detracted from the experience were: A. There is a software disconnect between the Honda Corporate website and the Honda Dealership such that the request for quote line items had to be printed by the salesperson because he had to go to the parts and service departments to individually cost each option rather than that process being automatic. I feel his time would have been better spent expounding upon the cars' virtues. B. The finance experience was marred by having to provide a cashier's check rather than being able to approve a personal check over $30K which the system would not allow. I learned later that an ACH transaction would have been possible. Also, since I was purchasing two cars, I had to provide two different E-Mail addresses in order for my KAHU app to work properly. The Service Department experience was wonderful and I was treated like royalty. The oil change and tire rotation took less time than I anticipated.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

A few weeks ago my son and I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata at CarMax of Southlake on Mt. Zion Road in Stockbridge GA. Our sales agent was an older gentleman named Jim Lowe. What a nice guy. Low key. Not pushy. So very patient. He was very knowledgeable about the various cars my son wanted to look at and understood what features he needed on the car. He never rushed us to get on to the next customer and was always willing to answer all our questions. (And he even knew the answers and didn’t have to go ask someone.) These are attributes that you don’t always find with used car salesmen. But Jim was different. CarMax is different. Such a large selection of cars that we found and with low or mid or high mileage. The financial process was painless as well. We went outside to go get his car and found it all washed and cleaned inside. It even had a full tank of gas and a HUGE yellow bow across the hood. Such a nice way to send off the customer. I highly recommend CarMax for your next car buying experience. Also, ask for Jim.

I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

Got the 2023 standards model 3 and it far exceeds any other car, especially ICE. Every single car I will own from here on out will be a Tesla. The other ev brands can't compete. Will also get the Rivian R1S, that is the only other brand I would consider. Don't buy an EV from a company that also makes gas cars unless you like throwing away $.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! Just picked up a Pre-owned 2022 with 15k miles. I owned three previous Toyota Vehicles,two Camry's and one Lexus. Unfortunately I've been one of the unlucky owners. Had quite a few weird issues with all three. I still wanted Japanese but luxury. I'm not a fan of SUV's. The Infiniti Q50 Styling hasn't changed really over in a decade. The Q60 although sharp was just too small. Then i decided to go for Acura TLX. I Wasn't interested in a A-pec too much going on. So I ended up getting a Technology Package which is perfect for me. I live in the Midwest, but have taken two road trips back to the Eastcoast. The TLX is quick and responsive. I've gotten compliments, and love the sleek design. She does use Premium Gas, but because she is a Turbo 4cyl it doesn't take alot to fill up. Honestly if something happened to my TLX like a accident etc, I'd get another one.

This morning I went to Conyers Honda for an oil change. I admit I am getting up in age. When the advisor came out , Terence McKibben he asked if I had an appointment and I stated no. He then asked what do you need done. I immediately said oil change. He reached in and push the button and said” you’re only at 40%, you’re good. Being on Social Security That was a small gesture but it saved me almost $80 . That was truly honesty and above and beyond. He is to be commended. I've owned my 2022 TLX Type S for one year now so I feel like I am qualified to write a meaningful review. Let me begin by saying that my wife and I absolutely love this car! We've put just under 15k miles on it and have thoroughly enjoyed every one. We live in Colorado which gives us the opportunity to enjoy mountain roads and highways. I can tell you that this car is most at home in the mountain twisties but it's also a very comfortable highway cruiser. The adaptive shocks adjust to your driving preference and mood very nicely. My favorite thing about the car is how unique it is. I've only seen 2 other Type S's in the year I've owned mine and I love that! I'm not a fan of driving the same thing everyone else drives. Plus, it looks freaking amazing!! The blue exterior and red interior is absolutely gorgeous and turns heads constantly. The styling of the TLC is truly stunning. Acura really nailed it! The interior is terrific as well. I love the style and layout of the dashboard and the seats are super comfortable and supportive. A lot has been said about the cramped back seat but I've gotten no complaints from anyone who's had to ride back there. It's not an SUV! Reliability has been mostly on-par with my previous Acura experiences which is to say solid as a rock. The touchpad-controlled user interface has it's glitches from time to time, especially with Apple CarPlay but that's the only complaint from a quality standpoint. The only other slight beef I have with the car is the power. I really wish Acura had been a little bolder with the engine and amped up the horsepower. While it's no slouch with acceleration, you won't win many stoplight battles with comparable sports sedans unless you get a better jump off the line. That said, this is a very well balanced car that performs admirably in all conditions and makes for a terrifically fun daily driver. All in all, I am very happy with my decision to order my 22 TLX Type S and look forward to several years with it! Maybe the aftermarket will develop some performance enhancements that can help me out with those occasional drag races! ;-)

I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

I have the Limited. This is my 6th Hyundai/Genesis car and they just keep getting better. The technology is fantastic and equals many features in luxury cars at twice the price. In June I took a 3450 mile trip, hit 14 states and a variety of traffic conditions and it just kept chugging along with no effort. Features like HDA help on the long days of 700 miles. Used less gas than my previous car too, 95 gallons on that trip.

I bought a CC for the unique styling and classy look. Being one of the last VW models to still be made in Germany, the difference is very noticeable. People compare this to a Passat but there is really no comparison. Fit and finish and quality is almost to Audi quality. Highly recommend!
