I was in search of a low miles used newer car. I went to Hyundai of OP after being treated like xxxx at a neighboring dealership. I let them know i didn't need to finance and would be paying cash and doing a trade in. I was set up with Redi, who took notes of what I wanted and my budget. They quickly gave me a trade in value and took me to look at the exact car that was in my budget. They broke down the final costs including all taxes and fees within an hour! No stall tactics or trying to get me to buy something out of my budget. I can't say enough good things about their work ethics there. No bait and switch. Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

On 16 May 2025 I purchased a Chevy Equinox 2025 EV from Nimnicht Chevrolet. My salesperson was Hans Ehrman, an internet sales consultant. I selected Hans from numerous sales personnel after reading their bios on the dealership website. I chose to communicate with him by email. There were no phone calls except for one from me on Friday afternoon, saying I was running late for our 2:00 pm appointment. The communication began on Thursday, and by Friday afternoon the sales was completed in person at the Nimnicht dealership. At the close of Thursday, we had agreed on a final price for the Equinox including awards, rebates, taxes, fees and a firm price for my trade. All this was done by email. From start to finish, Hans was the epitome of professionalism and answered all of my questions and concerns in a transparent matter. There were no games played with me and everything was straight forward. This is my third purchase of a Chevrolet vehicle from other dealers in the greater Jacksonville area and this by far was the best buying experience, because of the professionalism of Hans Ehrman. I highly recommend him to all potential buyers.

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

The 2021 Altima is a good but not great car. I have the SL trim which comes with more interior comfort and 1 of 2 extra features. I like the sporty style and tech features but the CVT transmission sucks sometimes. If I had to buy a sedan again I would choose a BMW 3 series instead cuz I like excellence in cars. But overall for anyone who would like to have something good and basic pros, yes the Altima can make it.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I'm 65 years old and have owned many cars and trucks all my life and this Tesla is completely different from anything else you will drive. People make fun of Elon Musk but he and his engine ers hit it out of the park with the Model 3 ! It looks great, drives like a dream, very quiet, instant acceleration, and "one pedal" driving where you never have to touch the brake. And all the different feature that the car does you can set up to your liking and most can be operated by voice commands. The car receives automatic "updates" over the "air" from Tesla so it is constantly getting better and learning new things.
