Decided to sell my 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan. Highest online offer was Autonation Jacksonville. Made an appointment to pursue the offer. Arrived at the store and was connected with 2 representatives. Ash and manager Cam. Process was straightforward. Vehicle inspected, and very minor issues pointed out to me that I was not aware of. Fair offer made and accepted. Entire process took approx 1.5 hours and I left with the check in my hand. Payoff was no issue either. Both Ash and Cam were extremely professional, explained each step of the process and were a pleasure to deal with. As a retired automotive professional (42 year career) outstanding professionalism in the used automobile trade is the exception rather than the rule. Autonation and Ash & Cam were exceptional in this transaction. Very satisfied with the way the deal was handled and the positive outcome. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Beautiful cars but you'll need to replace the transmission before hitting 100k miles. Got mine replaced at 94k and vehicle has been kept up with maintenance. Thank god for the extended warranty.

2020 Chrysler 300 review
I LOVE this car, my 2020 Touring L in Canyon Sunset is STUNNING! I have only one issues, don't see it here yet. The passenger seat is a PROBLEM! I believe it is a true design flaw, when you attempt to move the seat forward, it also raises the height of the seat, placing my wifes knees, about 2 inches from the dash. If you try to lower it, it also moves backwards at the same time. Who decided that if you need the seat forward, you MUST need it raised as well? I can't stop hearing about this from the wife, wonder if someone could drill some new holes, and move the darn thing backwards... would seem the only way to try to cure the issue.

2019 Lexus ES 350 review
I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

2025 Lexus ES 350 review
Traded in 7 year old vehicle. Purposely held off evaluation for 3-4 weeks to get a "feel" for this new car. Some aggravating things. 1.) Doors either have to be locked via fob, or pushing a dimple on door handle...(My 7 year old truck...doors locked automatically on walking away). 2.) On setting seat position, & then turning engine on, one has to push button on door everytime. 3.) A/C...no switch to shut A/C compressor off..only fan...(so is A/C compressor running all the time??....if so- life span shortened...4.) On refill of fuel tank & rest of "trip" mileage, no indication of average miles per gallon

1992 Mercedes-Benz S-Class review

2025 Hyundai ELANTRA review
This is the first car I have bought brand new in Sept of 2024. It is an extremely nice looking car. I had bought the turbo, N-Line version because I wanted more power. For the almost 2 years I have had it now, it runs great. I have only had one issue of the ABS module going bad in it. That was an uphill battle with getting the dealership to take a stab at fixing the problem (claiming the manufacturer wouldn't allow them to make guesses on issues unless they experienced it firsthand). Thankfully months later (and from getting in contact with the manufacturer directly), the problem of the ABS kicking on briefly had been resolved. This issue was extremely sporadic so it was hard to identify. I now have 20k miles put on this car and I love it. It runs great, the turbo could engage a bit faster compared to other comparable cars I have driven, but besides that it is very nice. Interior is fantastic beside the weird passenger, center-console handle. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a new, base model car. You can get the more expensive packages if wanted, but the price of the base model would warrant enough of a purchase out of me.

Very happy with this vehicle all the way around. Rides nice very comfortable for long distance not bad to travel in. Plenty of pick up also pushing Sport button the vehicle speeds acceleration is quite good.

2022 Honda Civic review
Great car. Smooth and responsive drive. Nice safety and other features - especially love apple CarPlay. I would buy again in a heartbeat. Manual is poorly written. Suggest Honda puts videos explaining features and "how to" and/or FAQ clips on their website. Put link to videos in manual.

2021 Dodge Charger review
Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

I always had excellent service from Honda Vinart in Pennsylvania. Moving in August 2017 to Jax, I made sure to have my car serviced at Honda of the Avenues. Ryan Esloon, service tech, explained all to me re oil change and brake fluid etc. Very impressed with how he treated me. And I requested to have him again Sept 4 2018. Again the same wonderful treatment. Honda is really lucky to have him. He explained all to me and came again, because my tires were not good. My Accord is 2007, so not a surprise. I had 4 Michelin tires and feel really safe driving now. Thank you so much for Ryan--Again He is AWESOME!!!
2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

2025 Toyota Camry review
Excellent gas mileage! The 2025 Toyota Camry LE model is a very smooth ride. Sporty get up and go and very agile. The driver's seat is difficult to find the best comfort for long drives. Storage space is minimal, but I found add-ons that were a perfect fit. Bottom line.... a car you can trust that pays itself off at the pump!

2026 Toyota Camry review
This is the car to have for its segment. It’s beautifully designed. It’s reliable. It’s great on gas. I’m getting 43 mpg. It’s actually fast too with its torquey electric motors assisting its bullet proof 2.5 liter four cylinder. Comfortable leather interior is gorgeous.

2020 Nissan Altima review
I’ve owned a lot of vehicles over the years, and this 2020 Altima SL truly stands out for its balance of comfort, technology, reliability, and value. The SL trim gives it a premium feel inside — heated seats, heated steering wheel, power driver seat, and a power moonroof make it comfortable year-round. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the 2.5 engine delivers excellent fuel economy while still having plenty of power for highway driving. Have had my C63 for just under a year now and no issues to report thus far. The ride is what you’d expect from a sport tuned car, stiff for sure but not unforgivable. The interior looks fantastic from the drivers seat and everything feels and looks of quality built, I will say however that if you use the sunglasses holder it causes a most maddening rattling in the car. Other then that I wish the cup holders offered a bit more grip as I hate things moving around while driving. The rear seating area only has the 2 vents with no other accessory ports or climate control. The exterior styling is excellent and I love the aggressive stance and contours that make it stand out easily from your standard C class. The black AMG wheels look great especially like mine with the silver paint and carbon fiber trims however, be ready to spend at least once a week doing a deep clean of those wheels because the brake dust is relentless. Also I wish it was just a bit lower in the rear. Finally the performance: this car will absolutely put a smile on your face everytime, I am always surprised as to the noises I get from that AMG exhaust. The emotion start feature is great too for when you want people to know, this ain’t your aunts C250. I absolutely love the angry burbles, cracks, and rumbles of that exhaust. The engine is poised and mild mannered in comfort settings and becomes an angry high reving monster in the sport modes, I like that it has sport and sport+ also for that extra and in between rush you’re looking for. I personally like the nice heavy feel to the steering wheel and it’s extremely tempting to not want to whip the xxx around at every turn. It does take some getting used to at the corners to avoid looking crazy with unexpected wheel spin. Ive yet to do a proper launch on it since I’ve still been getting used to it, being my first RWD car. Overall this is an incredible machine that will always remind you why you bought it. I feel almost smug driving this around as it gets plenty of compliments and of course hate from your local mustang/mopar boys.
