I love my Nissan Altima. Handling is great. Great steering and and overall a great car. It has great pick up so I can manuverate quickly and percisely. The cost was better than any other of it's size.

I came from a 2018 Honda Accord EX to a 2022 Nissan Altima SR VC-Turbo. The reason I switched to Nissan was the high lease price of the Accord in 2022. These cars are very similar in gas mileage, ride quality, trunk space and tech features. The Honda had a slightly smoother ride(but the Nissan does have 19" rims which means you feel the road imperfections more). My only complaint with the Altima is the back up camera. To put it frankly the resolution sucks!! The Accord had a crystal clear back up camera. Finally, my Accord had 190 hp and the Altima has 234 but honestly the acceleration is very similar.

Josh was great! He was so helpful and trustworthy. My only concern was that cars.com published a price for an Encore GX that was different than the price once I saw car in person. (it wasn't dealer's fault) The "fine print" just was a little too fine and the vehicle I came to see didn't have all the features I was looking for. Great experience just the same!

We just purchased a 2022 Veloce. Gray with red interior. Love the car. Fast and sexy, unique. I get asked what is it? We haven't had long, but so far no issues. Seats are very supportive and comfortable. Only negative is the back up camera, screen small and dim. We get 33 MPG on trips but about 22 MPG with daily driving around town.

I love my low mileage CPO 2020 Altima SV fully loaded well maintained car with only 23K miles. Car gets excellent gas mileage and nice pick up. Beautiful beige protected seat and stony blue metallic with paint protection. Take care of your vehicle and your vehicle will take care of you. Replace CVT fluid every 30K and regular tire or oil changes you will be fine. I’ve had two other Nissans with CVTS with no issues.

Our experience there was great. Everyone would cheerfully answer our questions. Our sales person Sheila Passmore really took a lot of time explaining the workings of the car. We still have questions, but Sheila said that we could bug her anytime (we will try not to). She is such a helpful person. The whole purchase was made easy and relaxed, no pressure and no rush at anytime. We have dealt with the Defouw dealership since 2014 and have always had really good sevice.

Front seats are not durable. My seats are loose and tearing. Carpet is cheap and no good. Floor mats are poor quality. Windshield wipers fluid won't come out. Overall satisfied but Nissan got improve the quality inside the car. Finally my seat belt sensor gone out. Almost through paying for car and my next car is truck

I returned to Car Max in Franklin, as I had questions for service re: the 2020 Jeep Wrangler I purchased a few weeks ago from this location. Justin helped me unhook a cable in order to get the top off the Jeep…. It was user error vs issue with the Jeep :). He helped me reset the oil life indicator, and popped the sun visor into proper place. He was all about service with a great attitude. This simple experience gave me an even more positive opinion of Car Max. Thanks!

I bought my Nissan Altima in August at Lee Nissan in topsham, Maine. I absolutely love it . It rides great steers amazing and has the get up and go that I have missed . It’s sharp looking and I have had a lot of compliments on the color it says grey but looks purple sometimes or at night it looks white..

Metric has some top of the line cars on their lot.I did my research through CarMax and choose to get the Lexus from Metric, and was approved in just a little time. I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

We came in just to browse, not planning to buy. But the cars looked great, the manager offered a test drive, and the rest is history. Drove home in a new car the same day.

Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

We ended up having a GREAT experience here! We had Drae as a sales rep and he was AWESOME. There was a slight mix up on the price of the vehicle… but when we brought it to their attention, they made it right with no hesitation. I am so glad I decided to get a Charger in 2015. I now have a 2023 Daytona and LOVE it. Beautiful and fun to drive. Only problem is there is no spare tire, just basically a fix a flat kit.

We saw the car online a couple days before we could get over for a test drive. We scheduled the drive and the car was ready when we got there. We moved forward with the purchase and were pretty quickly out the door. The car was extremely clean for a 7 year old car, and all the vehicles on the lot looked clean. It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.
