Got my 2020 a few years back been a soild car. Haven't had one major issue with any of the car drivableity of the car. But thank again my service record is flawless . But for an all wheel drive car she pulls hard when your ready to have fun but can just cruise when you need her to the drive modes are a great ad to it . But all and all would recommend anybody give it a look and go test drive one .

I love this car! ‘26 Sedan Sport trim level is excellent as is the lower and higher trims. I traded in my 2014 Civic sedan Lx and got a great lease deal from the dealership. I got it in the new Blue Lagoon color which is an extra cost option(all paint colors should be standard)but it looks great with the black trim. Drives great, great mpg, reliable as a Honda should be. It’s like driving a mini Accord.

I really love all the safety features and the speed. It is really fun to drive, cool looking and fast. The only negative is the miles per gallon, but everything else makes up for it.

My Sister and I were having one of the worst days of our lives. We had been car shopping all day, and there were plenty of cars to be seen. There just weren't any "quality" cars in my price range. All the Lots we browsed just didnt seem to take any pride in their cars. They look raggedy. We felt spent, and disappointed. We were about to give up, and drive home, and thats when we saw E-Smart Auto. Finally!!! We found a Dealership that really knows the value of a dollar, and they wanted to prove it. After we parked, the dealer came out and asked "What are you looking for?". We both looked at each other, and said "The cheapest and most dependable car you got.". We expected to be treated like paupers, but the dealer led us to a beautiful "LEXUS"!!!! Oh My GOD!! It WAS Super cheap, beautiful,ran great, and even though they were practically giving it away,.......it was still out of our league. The dealer looked at our disappointment, and realized we had a virtually non existent amount of funds. To our surprise, he looked at us and said "Im going to talk to my management about you." and he left, but before he did he pointed out yet another car we knew looked out of our price range. He said "I'll get the keys.". I got in the car thinking "I really like this car, but it's obviously another car that cant be mine.". I was wrong. That car is sitting in front of my house right now. Do you know why? Its because most dealerships only care about your money, and commission. The Dealers who dealt with us at E Smart Auto cared about my financial situation. After finding out that they weren't going to make any money off the deal, they still went the extra mile to make sure we had a good running, good looking car, and a great buying experience. I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

I had been hunting a specific model for a long time, waiting out pandemic-era prices and high interest rates. Honda started posting some fantastic deals and I compared across dealerships, finding that Pohanka of Fredericksburg offered promotional 48 month financing while other topped out at 36 months. Even though we are an hour away, we made the trip. I reached out online and came in. We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Cash. Great name, even better service. I did a lot of research on sales techniques and while Nicholas definitely asked “what kind of budget” I wanted, he was totally fine when I told him I was looking for overall value (and dodged his questions as I learned to do!). Nicholas was extremely knowledgeable about the trims and also models—presenting a few things that would be less expensive with similar size/features. He was also flexible to show us the different trims—it was low pressure and helped assure there would be no surprises or disappointments. Working with Nick was easy, negotiating the final deal with the manager took limited rounds of back and forth. Working with the finance manager, Sabrina, was very easy and again, no pressure with the final round of “would you like these add ons.” She was very clear and helped get us out quickly while thoroughly explaining everything. When it was time to “move” Nick provided complimentary canvas bags, offered his assistance, and had the new vehicle parked next to the trade in to make it easy to load back up. My only complaint is that it did take a long time from in to out—there are definitely process efficiencies that could be introduced. If I could do it again, I’d bring snacks. To be fair, Nicholas did offer to grab us something while we were waiting to sign the final paperwork (we had already agreed so there wasn’t really incentive to go out of his way, haha). Finally, I do want to highlight that I got a great deal on a newly released vehicle—as confirmed by internet strangers, who we know are more honest than we would like them to be! I strongly recommend Nicholas and would definitely make the trip out to Pohanka again.

Bought my '12 Camry SE used at 100k. Its been an ideal commuter for me. Its now at 222k as of this morning. Here's what I have replaced: Brake Light Switch ($250 at dealer) Blower Motor (bought myself for $45, super easy to change) Spark plugs (preventative maintenance), $250 at dealer Toyota OEM water pump (preventative maintenance) about $1k at Toyota dealer Beyond this, two sets of tires. Brakes all around. Oil changes. I always do my own oil changes. The power door locks have never worked right. I live with it, no big deal I live in a safe area. It has the "dreaded" torque converter shudder around 40-50 mph. Hasn't gotten any better, but hasn't gotten any worse either. I live with it. The car runs fantastic. Idles smoother than my Cadillac Escalade, and cruises 80 mph with ease, and thats just with the 4 cylinder (mine has the 2AR-FE). Best vehicle I have ever owned, thats for sure. I plan to drive this until it doesn't make financial sense to fix something that breaks (which knock on wood, I don't see that happening for a long time). Love my Camry. Best car I have ever purchased. Period.

Wonderful buying experience overall. After weeks of online shopping, I scheduled an appointment for see the vehicle in person before making a final buying decision. So glad I did. Found another model that was a better fit for my needs! Darlene was awesome and did t pressure me one way or another. She even let me keep a tester overnight which highlight a few other features that I wanted but the more del lacked. Ultimately, she was able to coord the perfect model for me! Shopping as a single woman is always daunting but no mansplaining or sexist redirections were an issue. I gave only 4 stars on performance but 5 stars on everything else. The power output has been the same since 2004 using the same engine platform from day 1 and needed some more poines (I always thought they should have been 6 cylinders and turbcharged), reliability has always been pretty good for me with these cars but overall it gets a soild 5 stars. I've had 6 Subarus and all of them have been great cars.
