I bought my Avalon new in 2011. I absolutely love the way it drives and handled and the comfort! I have made 18 trips between Dallas and Albany, NY without one single problem. It is a very comfortable ride. I am not selling it just praising it as I love it.

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

As always Ricart provides the best customer service of any dealerships I have frequented. I’ve experienced two others that were not even close to Ricarts service. . One left us standing in lobby for half an hour while they all laughed and joked around playing on their phones. The other sold substandard vehicles dishonestly with a smile. I can’t rave enough about Ricarts care, attention and the ease of which they have made my experiences. TY Ricart for a pleasurable appreciated standard of quality service! Both these other dealerships were nearby and Ricart has left them in the dust!

I’ve had my 2016 Maxima for 7 years now. Sharp looking car. Roomy interior. Mpg not bad. It has been good to me. Definitely recommend it.

I love my 2022 K5 and everyone was very nice but there have been a couple hiccups. I purchased dent and paint warranty but when I took my car in for a dent I was told they couldn’t cover it and ordered me a paint pin. So that’s thousands of dollars for no reason. I took my car in because my car sometimes stall and they service girl pretty much told me that I have to wait for my car to break down to see what’s wrong and then I asked about my tire warranty I was told they don’t do that but perilli told me they should because they sold the tires. I just left

I drive the 2023 Kia Forte GT Manual, and I couldn’t recommend this car more!! The only complaint I have is now that I’m trying to find a new car with a more fancy name to impress clients, I can’t find anything I enjoy nearly as much. The car is built on a BMW M3 chassis, has the luxury features and interior to match with an average combined fuel mileage of 34mpg and the reliability of a newly redesigned Kia. It handles phenomenally well and is unmatched within its price point. It loses value quickly (until the general population realizes their tech and reliability recently surpassed Toyota and Honda) so buy a used 2023 or 2022, and you’re smooth sailing. I drove this car from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and was complimented by strangers in almost every city I stopped in along the way!

What an awesome experience. Starting with Dez, salesman going to Steve, Director, and Michelle in finance. Dez listened to what I wanted, Why I wanted a vehicle such as that, and the price range I wanted to spend. They allow you to test drive the vehicle by yourself and look it over well without them trying to "sell it". Strongly recommend thesde folks.

Best year civic thus far....gas mpg, handling, features, and comfort. I've had prolly 10 civics in my lifetime and this is the best one yet.

Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

We bought our 1st car back 2001. Three cars later we bought our fourth car today. We are 4 for 4 here buying new and used cars. If you want a reliable car without falling for gimmicks then you should give them a try. Experience their free warranties, and friendly service. We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

Bought my 2017 used in 2020 with 14,000 original miles. Very happy with it. The shifter took some getting used to as it's not as smooth as other cars in its class. Otherwise it's been very dependable, good at plowing through drift left by snow xxxxxxat my driveway. Good under carriage clearance. Great heating and cooling system.

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. I was planning to buy a luxury brand and test drove the BMW 3 series, the Audi A4, and the Lexus ES300. I then, due to reviews on Consumer Reports, tested the Subaru Legacy in it's top form, the Touring XT with a 260 HP engine, and I was blown away. Almost as quick as the BMW but rode smoother and quieter. Not as smooth and quiet as the Lexus, but more fun to drive. The Audi seemed cramped and the dealer was a disappointment. The Legacy interior was the most attractive in my opinion, has 4 wheel drive, a great sound system, and ended up being my favorite of the 4 cars, regardless of price. When you consider how competitive (or better) the Legacy is compared to the other 3 cars, and that I saved $13,000 on the price, it was a no brainer. It's really sad the Legacy is being discontinue, but all my comments also apply to the Outback Touring XT. The Legacy is a great car at a bargain price.

Bought my 2013 Accord EX-L used in 2021 and I love my car. Incredible gas mileage, a sunroof, an excellent factory stereo system, and smooth, zero to sixty in about eight seconds acceleration. Corners like a dream. Heated leather seats. Roomy backseat for the Pibble and a generous trunk. Very little cabin noise. I have total confidence that if I maintain scheduled maintenance on this car, and I will, it'll last me for another hundred thousand miles. I honestly think that the 9th generation Honda Accord was one of the best years for this car.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! I have had my 2023 M760i since new. Yes 147k is a lot to spend on a car but it’s a lot of car ! I love this big beautiful beauty… I have put 36,000 miles on her in two years and have had a wonderful hassle free enjoyable ride. The service team at BMW of Stratham NH are great ! I’ve only needed oil changes and a couple recalls taken care of. I would buy this car again….

My husband an I bought a 2019 camry in 2020 with 35k. It's now 2025 and besides replacing the o2 sensors, this car is extremely good on gas, very comfortable, sporty, very reliable, and timeless. We have the le model with 148k on it. We've done all regular maintenance. We haven't had time to have the transmission fluid serviced, due to health issues. 100k of the miles are all highway miles. I'm a mechanic that rebuilds vehicles to flip. By far this is the best vehicle for the money and we will keep our camry and keep her going until it's time to replace the engine.. I don't see that happening for years to come. These little 4 bangers are bullet proof. Oh, I absolutely love the trans shifts, a cross between regular clutches and cvt. Would highly recommend

Shawn McMahan is an awesome person. I came into the dealership twice looking for a car. My first visit was unsuccessful because I did not have the down payment. Shawn was incredibly understanding with my situation and tried very hard to get the lowest down payment possible. Once I found the car, I told him that I would be back in a few weeks with the down payment. He touched base with me once, but wasn't pushy and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I’ve had my M3P for 5 days and I freaking love it! Controls take some time to get used to where everything is. I’ve had maybe 30 cars and this is my favorite by far. I highly recommend if you’re in the fence, just buy one. You only live once!

My Kona was having trouble starting. I contacted my service advisor Asia Anthony and she was able to get me in the following day and replaced my car’s battery. Also able to do oil change. Great experience.

I bought this car brand new, near the end of january. It drives great the exterior and interior are both amazing. I got the hybrid version so I get 47 Mpg and 600 miles on a full tank. Overall I really like it and would recommend.

Great experience would like to keep doing business for years to come. I have not been able to lease at any dealership more then once I hope I can change that at Ricarts.

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

Purchased a former Enterprise rental Carolla with 60K on the odometer. Overall it meets all the buzz about Toyota reliability. Other than a Battery and oil changes it's been good to me. Occasionally drive it as an Uber and it gives good service.. you actually earn money instead of putting all your earnings back into the tank. The only issues I hate is the low front end that occasionally scrapes the asphalt coming in and out of steep driveways and dips in Oklahoma roads.. and the main console is finiky connecting with my phone in Android auto.

I love the fact that it is self-charging. That was a huge factor in my decision. The car if comfortable for me but my taller husband finds it a bit small and confining. It has great pickup and I have saved a lot of time and money by not having to fill up with gas so often. The one thing I am worried about it the quality of the tires. They are low-profile tires, filled with nitrogen and the vehicle does not come with a spare. This put us in a hazardous situation when one tire blew out on I-95. Without a spare, we had to get towed to the nearest dealership in Virginia. I wish I could replace all the tires with regular ones, but that is not possible with this make and model.

My car was taken in on time for an oil change. Other issues were discovered and noted in great detail that needed attention that I had no idea about. I got a free tire rotation since I had purchased new tires there last year, and I was given a $100 coupon for all of the work that was done. It's good to know that my car is in good hands and gives me peace of mind. I gave my approval for the work to be done and it was done immediately since they had all the needed parts on hand.

I really liked my LTZ. I will admit that I had some issues, but I took care of it. The only mistake I made was not putting a Remanufactured engine in it after it had a head gasket repair. I drove it hard. Even with the issues I had. I would buy it again. I would get an Endurance Extended warranty. I had no issues with the transmission. I did have two window motors go out though. I had 188K miles on it. The reason I go rid of it was. I had an oil smell in it even after I had it repaired and the mechanic could not find it.
