Overall had a very positive experience purchasing a used Audi Q5. Although they had limited staff due to the stay at home order, Courtney was very responsive and helpful in scheduling the appointment and getting me started on time when I arrived. The rest of staff was also very knowledgeable and accommodating. It made for a very quick and easy process that had me in an out within a couple hours. Very much appreciated when the vehicle purchase was a must need.

Drew is the best! I’ve been bring bringing my mercedes to Mercedes of Easton for years now, and Drew has always taken such good care of me and my car! Mercedes fan for life. :)

What an awesome experience. Starting with Dez, salesman going to Steve, Director, and Michelle in finance. Dez listened to what I wanted, Why I wanted a vehicle such as that, and the price range I wanted to spend. They allow you to test drive the vehicle by yourself and look it over well without them trying to "sell it". Strongly recommend thesde folks.

On the evening of Monday, July 18, while driving from Illinois to Rhode Island, my husband and I realized something was wrong with our Chevy Traverse.   We made it to our hotel safely but were concerned about continuing our trip.  The following morning, we called Dave Gill Chevy and spoke with the service consultant, Jim Shriver.  Based on our description of the problem, Mr. Shriver assured us the car would be safe to drive to your dealership and provided us with directions.  Upon arrival, he advised he would do his best to work us in.  We knew he was busy which is why we were so surprised when we returned to the service department after our lunch and learned that our car was ready and we could continue our journey.    Having car trouble is never pleasant.  Having car trouble when you are far from home and do not know anyone local is very stressful.  Mr. Shriver’s professionalism, service and kindness made a difficult situation easy to manage.  He even asked us to let him know when we arrived home safely.    Dave Gill Chevy is fortunate to have an employee who provides such excellent service.  

Mahogany Nolan continues to set the standard for exceptional customer service. Every time I bring my vehicle in, she greets me with warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that truly stands out. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every detail without rushing. What I appreciate most is how personable she is. Working with Mo feels like catching up with a trusted friend who also happens to be a total expert. Germain Toyota is lucky to have her, and I will not take my car to anyone else.

Worked with Sulayman Nyang as a remote buyer. Sulayman readily offered to take videos of a walk around of the vehicle including startup as well as all closeups that I asked for. He made sure all questions were answered and process ran smoothly.

We bought our 1st car back 2001. Three cars later we bought our fourth car today. We are 4 for 4 here buying new and used cars. If you want a reliable car without falling for gimmicks then you should give them a try. Experience their free warranties, and friendly service. We have no complaints here, only moments of satisfaction. And if you want to go all in and experience all greatness, you should ask for the legendary John Thorton. The man has no negative energies surrounding him. He only has greatness, kindness, and is a great listener. Hopefully his positive energy will rub off you.

High volume operation. Willing to negotiate. Helpful staff. On the downside, the car (a ‘22 Mustang GT) smelled like a 1 star motel that rents per hour It really needed to be detailed prior to showing yet was on the lot @60 days. I’d buy from them if the car was acceptable.

Stopped in to look at a Honda Civic I saw on cars.com. The salesman, Joe, was friendly and patient. He showed me a couple other vehicles that fit my criteria. They weren't too flexible on the price, but then again I'm not the best negotiator. Huber is worth a look if you're in the market for a used car. Ask for Joe Millat

What an amazing experience from the first contact to driving off the lot with Deshawn and Drew at Ricart. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, genuine and answered all of the 57373 questions that I had. They also walked me through step by step and left me feeling like I was being heard and not just a dollar sign which is something that doesn’t typically happen during the car buying experience. . I enjoyed my experience so much that four days later I went back and purchased a car for my husband!! The experience for my husband’s car was beyond top notch! After being taken advantage at another dealership my husband was extremely hesitant to purchase a car. Once again, Deshawn and Drew were with us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions and were extremely honest with us. I just had my car in for its 6-month service, which included tire rotation. I had an appointment, but I was early. They were friendly and quick throughout the entire process. My Service Advisor for today was Madison Rosenberger, and the Technician working on my car was Carlos Sandoval. I've been a customer of Germain Toyota since 2003.

Bruce and Dustin were very informative and exceeding my expectations with customer service! They went over the features of the SUV and demonstrated many of the functions offered with the vehicle. I love the ride, the comfort, the sound system, Apple Play...all of it! Very impressed with the whole experience!!
