I had my Tundra serviced , oil change and oil filter, at Johnston Toyota. Blair is my Service Manager and is great to work with, explained what they were going to do and I was in and out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. Will continue to use them for my service.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

I had amazing service. The customer service from Andrew was amazing! He was respectful and got the job done! Very nice and humble man. He was friendly and made me feel welcomed. He was quick to provide updates to me and kept me in the know before they did any work. He was also cheerful and a had a great smile. I am not married nor do I have kids. This car would be great for long distance, family trips. Good trunk room and spacious back seats. I got the top line model with a sunroof and head seats. And I love the Rockford Fosgate sound system! Got a 10" subwoofer in the trunk! It PUMPS the bass! It's got a part time 4WD/AWD which is nice in sedan. It helped me get thru some snow in Maryland. The CVT does make funny noises. But mechanic said it was normal. Ride is not bad. It is sports tuned after all. The interior is kind of dated. Steering wheel only has a tilt function, not telescope. Just up and down but can't pull the steering wheel close to me. Great A/C and heating. The leather is kind of cheap though. Handles great! Gas mileage 36 mpg on HWY! That's not bad. Worse mileage was 18 mpg CITY but it was stop and go traffic. DC is notorious for that! But not bad at all for a 4 door sedan for under $20k!

Carmen was GREAT! Celine got us up on the road quick and we drove a loooong way. Thanks guys, love our Jeep! The facility is amazing!

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

I've had my 2019 Sr for almost 3 years and I absolutely love it. This editors review is pretty spot-on. The car is aesthetically appealing, reliable, and powerful...but the SR can be a bit bumpy and a smidge uncomfortable at times. I'm the type of person that changes cars often, but I'm having a very hard time letting go of this one!

A little sloppy in high speed turns, replaced puddle lights a couple of times, replaced rotors on a soft recall, headlight and tail light went out but all covered under warranty. Drives smooth, suspension is overall good, looks amazing, navigation is atrocious and difficult to use, should be touch screen. 32k on odometer.

The dealership could not have been more friendly and helpful. I was helped throughout with all the required paperwork, all my questions were answered, and they even alerted me when a stray USB thumb drive was found in my trade-in (A collection of Old Time Radio shows). I've been to the dealer before to service my 2017 Subaru, and they accepted it as a trade-in for a 2025. A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Colonial Ford. Their customer service team was nothing but phenomenal! I found a car online I did an inquiry. The next day I received a text message asking about appointment times and confirming the vehicle was still available the day before and also the morning of my appointment. I was greeted with friendly smiles. Tom Sweeney was great. He showed me the car inside and outside. Took me on a test drive. Asked me what I wanted to do and I said I want a second opinion and that I won’t be available till Monday night. We came down we looked at it and then I went home ran some numbers talked to them and they worked with me so I could get into my next vehicle. They weren’t pushy at all, they weren’t your typical car dealership people that hound you and take advantage of a women looking at a car alone. I’m beyond thankful for them and I hope to do business again with them in the future when it’s time for an upgrade. I have had mine 2018 Ford Fusion since 2019 and just had battery replaced last year 2024,and replaced brake pads this year 2025 IT IS MAKING ME HAPPY !

There's pro and cons with this car. I love the fact that this car is very good of mileages save so much fuel , I lived in San Antonio and we drove this car with full tank to Corpus Christi its about 2 hours and half, almost 145 miles away, then we came back still have half full of a tank. My deslike about the car is the front passenger set, its kinda very low and there's no other way of adjusting it. ( Blind spot)When changing lane specially to your rare left side ,you literally turning your head making sure there's no other vehicle. Other than that??The car is good to drive.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

Bought a 2023 forte gt-line for my daughter. We have had the car for 13months and have driven about 12,000 miles. I honestly cannot believe the 1star reviews, nor should you. I was a loyal Honda fanboy for over 30 years before I bought this Kia. I bought a totally loaded Forte non turbo for a hair under 25k with a crazy good warranty. Why not? I figured. 13 months and 12k miles later it rides better, has more power and is quieter than the day we bought it! Zero issues with anything. No squeaks, rattles or interior flaws. Sadly no tire wear. I cannot wait to replace the Kuhmos it came with. It handles great and is fun to drive. My wife calls it “a peppy little thing”. And she drives a CX-5 turbo or my 5.7 liter ram. Over 40 mpg on highway and mid 30s driving around town. This is a fine car. Not a cheap version Hyundai. Much nicer IMHO than the Hyundai. For those knocking the resale… run the numbers and try to buy one as cheap as you say you sold yours for. The Harmon Kardon stereo sounds awesome! This is one of my favorite purchases because its value continues to surprise me. And they give a $500.00 military discount. Don’t buy based on my opinions go test drive one! Test drives are free. Go to carvanna or get on car gurus and see how cheap you can buy one a year or two old used one for.

I just purchased my second Kia Sportage from Danbury kia. Jeff Sousou was my salesman. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by so many friendly faces. It made me bet comfortable (and non stressed!) Jeff was very compassionate, knowledgeable,professional, and really showed he cared about his customers. By my second time to Danbury ( first to pick out the car, and second to get it), I felt like we were good friends. I travel almost an hour to get to Danbury Kia, but wouldn’t have it any other way! I drove 3500 dually diesels for 25-30 years and then went to a Honda ridgeline 2018 new, love it until I drove my wife’s new car and decided I needed a car. My best friend had a Hyundai and loved it so I did hours of reviews Hyundai vs many others. All factors considered I decided to test drive a few. All things considered the Hyundai won and a low mileage 2021 caught my eye and I got it. After apps 1000 miles I am so glad I got it. Pros and cons Honda (H) push button start Hyundai (hy) key start, H remote start hy no remote start, H good ride hy better ride, H noisy hy less noisy,H electric keypad with gloves on more user friendly for me, hy parking easier, hy cornering better, H acceleration a bit stronger but hy smoother, both get the job done, I am 74 yo so I understand knobology better than the slow digital control for heat radio etc.,hy wins there- breaks equal, dashboard info hy wins, seems to love Google maps tolerates Waze, I prefer Waze. Pros and cons about not locking keys in car - can’t dash out start it w/o leaving key in ignition,physically gettin and out of the vehicle is harder, in a nutshell the things that matter more to me the hy wins so far.The salesman, Lamar was exceptional, a young family man earning a living by hustling but not rushing! Remember Lamar at Southern Auto Group in Newport News VA. Oh and the warranty was winner!

We recently stopped in at Greentree to test drive a Highlander (I was getting a company car). Coach Pete showed us around and took us on a test drive. He was extremely thorough and well versed on the Highlander. This provided us the confidence that the Highlander was the right choice for us. It turned out that Greentree had a perfect fit and our fleet company was able to work directly with Greentree. I received the car in less than two weeks which was far better than the normal 4 month process!! Big shout out to Greentree and Pete for their service! Thank you guys!!

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.
