I’m surprised by the rating on this website because it’s not a true reflection of how great this dealership is. I rate this dealership five stars…unequivocally. I will save you from the embroidery and give the highlights of my experience. Our family purchased two vehicles in consecutive weeks, the most recent being a 2014 MB E550 as of yesterday. My nephew got accepted in business school and we decided to get him a 2015 MB C400. We had a wonderful experience with his transaction and yesterday was even better! The Pre Owned Director, Mr. Jon Keblesh, walked with us throughout the whole process ensuring a smooth and fair negotiation for both parties. The General Manager Mr. Jason Wier even got involved to manufacture the deal when we hit a small road block and made sure it went through. Even the Finance Director, Mr. Louie Richards, was a consummate professional - even if both deals ended up being cash transactions. He was still very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I even told him he reminded me of a family member in California. Thus, that is a great segway…They treated us like family. I felt confident and trusting with their business dealings and I recommend this dealership to anyone who is reading this review. I have been in management for over 20+ years in the retail and sales sector and this team (albeit a small one) are very strong and honest group. This car met all of my needs. Excellent balance of performance and luxury. The car has plenty of legroom and headroom. The trunk is very spacious.

I have purchased cars for over 40 years, both here in the Us as well as in Europe. This was by far the best experience. Fahad and his manager Jim, answered all of my questions and showed me everything that I wanted to see. There was absolutely none our the “usual” high pressure salesmanship, with repeated phone calls and messages.I already know where my next car will be purchased from.

We always have excellent experience for both our GMC vehicles- show what is needed but don?t push on ?optional suggestions?.

I have driven and owned all types of Crown Victoria's for over 40 years. I buy them for safety, safety and safety. I buy them at auctions. They are well-made, economical on fuel and comfortable. I don't buy white or red cars. I prefer the police package version, particularly those without body damage or bullet holes. I prefer Firestone Firehawk or comparable tires for SAFETY and especially HANDLING. My 2009 model came equipped with four airbags...once again, SAFETY. I would highly recommend this well-designed vehicle.

I just missed the car it was a van decent miles under 2k and I knew it was going to sell quickly and it did but Lori was so nice and suggested to look on the site and call because they get cars like that in often so I suggest her and this company and they jingle is catchy

Purchase the 2010 Volkswagen CC in 2010. As of 2022 I'm still driving my beautiful car. I always had maintenance done as the manual suggests. There was often an issue with replacing the brake light bulbs.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Hey my guy I can tell you exactly what's wrong with it and the oil pump isn't it. It's 1 or 2 problems and those are going to be either your balance shafts have worn out and seized up or you intake cam phaser has worn out. But being it's not starting anymore I'm willing to bet money it's your balance shafts. Had the same problem with my 2.0T "Red Warning Oil pressure shut engine off light"

Chris is great to deal with. He went over and above in every area of the sale. I have bought many vehicles in my life and have never felt as comfortable about buying a used one as I did dealing with chris. I will be buying from him again.

We have had one for about 7 years. Very good little car. Always starts up nice and fast and compact. Only problem was leaking water through the sunroof.

So far so good. Test drove many cars at other lots and drove garbage. Went to X Drive and the moment I drove it for only 2 minutes, I knew it was it. Amazing vehicle so far so good. No complaints. Great customer service. Got an extended warranty, I totally recommend them. Even negotiated my price and worked with me. Very honest people.

My 2008 S-Type Jaguar is far and away the best car I have owned over the past 50 years. A beautiful build, plenty of power, loads of amenities and problem free.....drives like a Jaguar! Best part is that it looks like a classic Jaguar and I get high /waves where ever we drive. Like driving a show car. Never any issues at all!

Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! We were hundreds of.mikes from home and had tire issues. Matt White and all staff we dealt with were amazing. Our vehicle needed an odd size tire and Matt located tires at a local busi ess and was able to have them delivered promptly. We were so impressed we decided to buy four tires due to a buy three and get one free offer and a rebate. We asked for an alignment and the mechanic determined it was not needed. We could have been taken advantage of and were not.

Bought the car used. Only issue I’ve noticed on them is the rocker panels seem to rust on a lot of them, but that Is a cheap and easy fix if you buy the clip ons. Overall a good car for the price.

I own a 2014 BMW 550i. My one important information that I would pass on is to make sure the Catalytic Converter after 4 years is free of debris because if you don't it could back up and blow a head gasket.. The Web design is not that big of an area and deposits can form on it and if it forms too much and that turbos trying to shove air down through there and if your exhaust can't get the air through it...then it will go back the way it came and then look out for trouble. It takes 4 years unless you are pumping garbage in your car. Thx, Eric

I am sad that Chrysler is no longer making the 300 model. Even if it could be revived as a hybrid. I currently get over 30 mph on the highway and mid 20 mph in the city. It literally idles along at around 1500 rpms or less at 55 mph. At 8 years of age, its exterior and interior look new.

Nice car and they really ride nice down the road and they are a very luxurious vehicle and I love the 1991-1996 oldsmobile ninety-eight regency elite 4-door sedan a lot too as well.
