A wonderful experience! This dealership has created a great community with the complimentary coffee shop, cafe, kid's area, and dog park. Our salesman, Fuego, was low-pressure, knowledgable, and helpful. We really love all of the perks that Austin Subaru offers (full engine, transmission, and power train warranty for the ENTIRE TIME YOU HAVE THE VEHICLE). Pricing and negotiation were fair. As always, I found everything to be outstanding!! This time I was there for my regular scheduled maintenance. From the time I entered the facility and until the work is completed, I feel that I came to the right place. Not only is the building, a State of Art, but the personnel are so caring to your situation. I was able to quickly be seen, vehicle was evaluated, parts were available, and I scheduled to drop the car off the next morning. The Subaru location is beautiful and easily seen from the interstate, which is the reason why I ended up in Buda with my car. The work was completed that I had approved and I was able to get my car back the same day. A loaner vehicle was brought up, if the vehicle was going to remain for more work, but was not necessary. I was glad to know it was going to be available. Multiple texts and phone calls were made to update me and I loved the ability to approve work through their online system by using my phone. Everything went smoothly and I think most people would enjoy the easy access to what was happening to their vehicle. I will definitely be returning in the future for any work we need.
