Thoroughly enjoyed buying a car from AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe! I got the best price in the market and the best customer service! Jeff Himes was a pleasure to speak with by phone and text before I drove 60 miles to purchase the car. He had everything ready when I arrived and I was able to complete my purchase without any fuss. The hardest decision was what charity to choose for the donation the dealership and Subaru would make related to my new car purchase. I loved that the choices included national and local organizations. Christian Stoley expertly helped me with the financing. He treated me with respect, was transparent about the options, costs, and I never felt like he was selling me something I didn?t need (which I?ve had from other dealers). Bernice was a true pleasure to sit with in my new car and she showed me all the features I needed to learn. Overall, a delightful experience! No overselling. Top notch customer focused service! I only wish I lived closer to bring the team bagels when I have my car serviced.

My daughter, her fiancé and I purchased a 2024 Crosstrek for me in December 2023. Eddie was our sales person and his couldn't have been better. He was friendly and helpful, finding out information that he didn't know, getting back to us promptly and just generally pleasant to work with. He even came in on his day off for us. I love my vehicle, although it has been a learning curve because my trade in was a 1995 Ford Taurus! I know I can call Flatirons Subaru any time I need assistance. Overall, grat experience!

I am so glad you didn't have an allergic reaction ❤️ Not to mention when I first came in contact with you, you never stopped asking questions on how to get me out of my high car payment and make sure I could go into my deployment knowing I could afford my payment. I was no easy case, negative equity, my new home had me maxed out financially. A 2021 BMW m340i to a Subaru Crosstrek Sport was not a downgrade it was the opportunity to start over, pay down debt, and knowing that my paycheck wasn't relied upon a second job. I had a great experience working with Jonathan, Jay, and Genesis?they made the entire car-buying process incredibly smooth, even when things didn?t go quite as planned. After purchasing a Toyota, I ended up needing to exchange it for a Subaru (long story), and these three went above and beyond to help me through it without making me feel like a burden or an inconvenience. They were honest, kind, patient, and genuinely solution-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it feel easy?even when there was a hiccup. I felt supported the entire time, and I truly appreciated their transparency and teamwork. I?d recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Honestly, they were so helpful and down-to-earth I?m now debating whether I need to add them to my Christmas card list. At this point, it feels rude not to.

As always, every service person was pleasant and helpful. My concerns were listened to, and when the diagnostics were done, the results explained and my additional questions answered. I was very satisfied with my service experience.

I bought a new Subaru from the Golden location and worked with Dan Carne. He was so kind a patient throughout the day. He really took such good care of me to find the perfect match for my families needs. I was nervous about the car buying experience, with the cost of cars right now, my needs at the time and not having a lot of car expertise myself, but Dan made me feel like family. He was respectful and responsive we sent me home in the car I was hoping for. I wouldn't go with anything other than a Subaru in Colorado and I am glad I went to Subaru West this time!

Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.

Was nervous due to all the bad reviews but had a pretty good experience. It seems the repair shop does not act but has to be scheduled.
