Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

WE PURCHASED A 2019 SUBARU OUTBACK LIMITED THAT HAD A LOT OF OPTIONS. WE MET WITH JASON ZAPFEL THEIR DELIVERY SPECIALIST, AND ASKED HIM TO EXPLAIN THE OPTIONS ON THE VEHICLE AND HOW TO USE THEM. JASON DID A FANTSTIC JOB OF SHOWING US HOW TO USE THE OPTIONS AND HE EVEN SET UP OUR CELL PHONES FOR IN CAR USE. JASON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THANK YOU JASON!!!!!

Recent purchase two months old... I had high expectations and so far they have been exceeded. Quite, smooth, plenty of power and more technology than I will ever figure out.

Grand Subaru didn't let COVID from preventing them from taking care of my 2015 Outback. They arranged a loaner so that I could keep up with maintenance and have a recall repaired at no cost. We've bought two Subarus from Grand and will continue to patronize them for both quality service and sales.

We bought a new Subaru legacy in 22. Love this car. Had a Lincoln and had nothing but trouble with it so I sold it and bought a 21 accent. In my mind I took a step down at first. The more I drove the accent the more I don’t miss the Lincoln. The only issue I have had is a drivers window that will sometimes kicks back when closing. The drivers seat will squeak at times also. But I’m sure the dealer will fix it. Overall a very nice car.

Kind caring just the car was overpriced . The customer service was kind and considerate. In the end we could not agree with the price .

It is a nice car, It is comfortable to ride in as well as drive. However, I wish it had better gas mileage, especially with gas at $5 or more per gallon...

Sales process via phone was great and easy (Iowa Buyer). Pricing is exceptional. Pickup of car took a bit longer than expected (3 hours), but dealer was shopping for financing. Title work arrive by mail in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, the "printed name" of seller was "Grand Subaru LLC." Signature was illegible. Iowa DOT rejected title, as a persons name matching the signature must be printed. Got a bit of runaround from Grand Subaru to get the name of signer. Resulted in trip #2 to Iowa DOT to get car registered. Level of service after the sale for paperwork was unfortunately less than deserved. Still recommend this dealer, but Iowa buyers need to check the title before heading to DOT.

2020 Subaru Accent met all my needs and dreams. Very smooth, sleek interior, full moon roof, interior exterior lighting is beautiful. Classy luxury SUV able to tow 5k lbs, turbo engine and many safety features .

This Ascent is our 8th Subaru, so you can see we love them. This model is awesome. We have the Touring, which has every option. It practically drives itself. No regrets ever!

My experience was pleasant . The scheduling and dropp off was seamless. Sardor was knowledgeable and efficient. The facility was clean and the staff was nice.

Service Advisor Mr Sardor, took care of my 30000 miles maintenance of my Ascent. He is very professional and very efficient. He is the person to look for when it comes to service of your vehicle.

This car is spacious with very comfortable seating and many extra features that make me feel like I am riding in style. It came with a giant sun roof, clear bra, options for navigation and phone apps, choice of car mats (rubber or carpet) and rides so smooth. I love my new Subaru!!

Giovani treated me with respect, and I have no doubt this is how he treats all of his customers. I needed to have my car back to me at a certain time, and while Giovani told me he did not want to “over promise” me anything, he would make sure he would do everything in his power to make sure I could get out at the time I needed to. While fairly new thus far the 2022 Subaru Ascent Touring is perfect. Very comfortable, fun to drive, well appointed, excellent fit and finish and, overall, attractive inside and out. The turbo engine has sufficient power for good acceleration and brakes are excellent. Visibility is superb aided by multiple seat adjustments on the driver’s side. With the 3rd row down the cargo area is enormous. The only negative, from my perspective, is that the temporary spare tire is mounted underneath the vehicle making it rather inconvenient to even check tire pressure. Additionally the 14 speaker sound system is spectacular. I’m very happy with this Subaru.

Other than normal maintenance & a few recalls, my limited edition Ascent has worked flawlessly, been safe & fun to drive & I have no complaints. This is my third Subaru (Legacy-Forester-Ascent) & they've all been good cars, each progressively better. I definitely recommend this car.
