We had an issue on a cross country road trip and Honda Greeley got us right in. They were able to get all the issues fixed same day and really went out of their to help us get back on the road asap. There were no more issues for the rest of the trip. Ryan was especially helpful. I would highly recommend them to all!

Practical. We love our 2020 Ascent Limited and we live in the south. We have a large family and this is great while the kids are small. Once more than three are teenagers, we'll definitely need a larger vehicle that provides more leg room if you're sitting on the back row. Love the convenience and ease of how the rear seats fold forward when I'm shopping and/or loading up from the back. The 10 year 100k mile warranty was reasonably priced at less than $2.5k. Haven't had to use it yet (knock on wood). Again, it's practical so the seats aren't as plush as premium vehicles but they're nice and comfortable. This pretty much describes the interior. The electronics are comparable to most vehicles. It has everything you need but nothing over the top. (Again, practical.) Greatly appreciate the cabin air filter and ease of changing it. I like smelling a fresh interior all the time. We're in the south where it's high in pollen, so the HEPA cabin filter is perfect. In my opinion the Ascent is a great mid-size SUV option that looks nice, is practical and has that Subaru reliability.

After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.

2020 Subaru Accent met all my needs and dreams. Very smooth, sleek interior, full moon roof, interior exterior lighting is beautiful. Classy luxury SUV able to tow 5k lbs, turbo engine and many safety features .

Purchase our Ascent June of 2022 ,love the vehicle it now has little over 44,000 miles on it put new tires on at 29,000 not because of wear but for long trips,brakes are still in great shape at last inspection,we are retired but travel with our dog companion,this car has traveled to New Mexico across to Florida and to Florida every winter and also to Maine and the comfort is just fantastic and our overall gas mileage is twenty five MPG and yes when and if we need to trade it will be another Subaru!

We had the absolute joy of working with T while we bought our vehicle. T went above and beyond in so many ways - by coming in on her day off to help us out, adjusting her schedule to accomodate ours, being open and honest about the vehicle we purchased and the dealership itself - she was able to answer all the questions we had. We even had a small issue (no one could have known at the time of purchase) pop up a week or so after we purchased the vehicle and T was able to get it fixed for us, no problem. I recently traded in my 2022 Ascent for a similar 2023 model. The 2022 model had brakes issues/noises right from the beginning of ownership. Subaru gave me a great deal on the 2023 model. A number of improvement were found on the 2023 model. Obvious one is the exterior styling with new front grille, headlights and taillights. Interior improvements include updated Eyesight, quieter ride, better steering and brakes, larger multimedia screen including front and backup camera screens, driver profile system. A few other tweaks here and there, making the 2023 Ascent Touring a decent and very safe SUV. Not necessarily sporty or thrilling but perfect vehicle for commuting in town and long road trips.

My experience with Davidson Gebhardt Chevrolet was exceptional, to say the least. Having worked in the customer service industry for many years, I always anticipate and expect a great experience. With our current economy in the slumps, great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. But not at this dealership. Every employee I have encountered is happy and helpful. I have been using this dealership for a few years now to service my suburban. Recently, we had an unfortunate and costly mishap where all wiring and many modules had to be replaced. We filed a claim with insurance and Darek was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he was helpful, polite, professional and attentive where he would always check in with me to give complete and thorough updates about my vehicle. Darek was very knowledgeable with every little detail from filing supplemental insurance claims to answering my many questions and reassuring me that my suburban was in good hands with his technicians. We just traded our 2019 Ascent Touring, 52K miles (purchased used with 18K miles, and about 18 months old). We had no issues with the SUV. The turbo is just powerful enough to not worry about the power when needed. Interior held up very well to all the passengers, cargo, and 2 basset hounds as well. We're already sad and looking to get another one (we had downsized to Outback, but miss the big brute for many reasons, one of which is its interior space). I see some negative reviews here with brakes and other recall items, but somehow, we didn't experience either of those. Like I said, we're looking for another one, in hindsight we should've kept it. The only gripe I have is the poor tire choice by the Subaru, the original tires didn't last beyond 25k miles, replaced them with Continental tires and those should last the next owner for a while (originals were rated at 35k miles). Will update this post once we find a new one.

One of the best dealership buying experiences I have had. They said they would have the paperwork ready when I came in and they actually did. Was able to do a lot over the phone so the time spent in finance was minimal no waiting. The Sales person started the process of going over the car while we waited for the genius to finish with his prior client so I had no down time. After a lot of time and research we started our journey with a new Subaru Ascent. We then test drove 4 other vehicles and I didn't have the same feeling as I did in the Ascent. We originally were looking at a 2025; however, there was a beautiful new 2024 Subaru Ascent and that was the one! There is more room, I like the head space since we have some taller people in the family. We don't really use the third row, but it has come in handy and I am pleased with that. We keep it down a lot. As far as driving this vehicle, I am very comfortable and happy with this. You get a smooth ride with it and the engine has pick up when needed. This is my first keyless car; however, we had to have the remote start, we got spoiled. With that we needed to subscribe to Subaru and it was a small fee for 5 years, but there is a lot you can do on your phone. I like the screen and how well you can see while in reverse. I like the placement of the screen. I'm 5'2" and I can handle this vehicle and I am confident. Being short I liked that I can almost "kiss" the front and I am not tight and I can see clearly. My husband is taller and you have 2 presets for the driver's seat. One thing is that they offer a "refresher" type appointment and we went. It was one person who took us through our vehicle and the features and any questions that we had were answered. Had the questions been more important, I would have called his number ahead of time.

I just bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee! and the staff was very negotiable. They weren't pushy or rushing. I would highly recommend this dealership.

This is my 4th Subaru and my 2nd Ascent. Overall it is a superb vehicle with minor issues in my view. The Driver Monitoring function is basically annoying. Either it disables itself or doesn’t alert at all (I’m always wearing sunglasses). The infotainment screen, at boot up, is agonizingly slow with some improvement after a couple of minutes. I assume that it is a processor issue. The front camera switch is in an awkward position (on the center console). It should be on the steering wheel or an icon on the screen. Acceleration is very good, brakes and steering as well. It is very quiet. Visibility is outstanding. All of the safety features are major pluses. Seats are very comfortable.

We test drove the Grand Hylander and the Kia and this was by far the best riding vehicle. We love the all-wheel drive and the comfort of the seats. Drives quiet and super smooth. We were also able to get the car for significantly less than the other two options.

Purchased a new Pathfinder from Fort Collins Nissan and the customer service was amazing and the vehicle has been great. I liked that they weren't charging 1000s over MSRP like most dealers (for just pure mark up). Thank you FCN!

7th Subaru for this Alaskan. This is the best I’ve ever had. Bought the Touring edition, new, & still blown away by the rig. Tested out with a cross country camping trip & comfort, adaptability, utilities, dependability - all a 5. Took a tent, but not even needed, w/firm foam to create a level, comfy bed area. Now I get why my cousin tried to replace his Ascent Touring with a Lincoln Navigator. Ended up selling the Nav to go back to an Ascent Touring. The first Sub I’ve had that Dad proclaimed ‘comfortable’ and ‘perfect’. I chose the Captains chairs for the 2nd seat, and passengers have loved the comfort & their view, as well as their controls, drink holders, etc. I love the options to simply control everything. Almost killed by a drunk driver long ago, I keep a very close eye on everything around me. Visibility in this rig is mind blowing. And that’s on top of all the cameras that monitor what’s happening. Safety features are perfect. Like listening to music, radio, podcasts? Sound in the Touring edition is heavenly. Very, very impressed with this rig.

I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience buying a Subaru at Dellenbach. Patrick just walked around the lot with us chatting, encouraging us to go ahead and get in the cars to explore, showed us a number of vehicles. We never felt any pressure whatsoever. It was like hanging out with a bud. We decided to go look at some other lots and he was just chill, didn't tey to jeep us there. We decided to buy one of the cars and returned. The whole process was fast and easy. Buck ran my credit, gave Patrick the paperwork for me to sign very quickly. It was after 5:00 so I couldn't get to the bank for my cash down payment and they informed me that running my debit card for that amount would be costly. They said just take the car and come back in the morning with the money, put a liscenses plate on the car and I was home in time for dinner. I never dreamed that buying a car could be that relaxing and fun! I highly recommend Patrick our great salesman. Buy your next car at Dellenbach if you want a No Stress experience.

I've bought many cars at different dealerships throught the years but this place this is the best! Jacobi the salesman, was amazing! Never pressured me into anything and him and my husband had a great time just talking cars. Henry test drove my trade in and actually used the turbo it was alot of fun! Chandler handled the finance with finesse and gave me the best deal and APR of just 2.5% (or close idr I know it was next to nothing lol) they also gave me a great deal on my trade. P.s hope his wife is still doing well their expecting a baby boy soon! And literally anyone's name that starts with a J there is awesome. I wrote down their names but lost the paper lol They even got my car ready and all accessories put on the day (shout out to the awesome guys that made it happen, usually i have to wait months anywhere else and the other place couldnt even get me a rental car for work!)they arrived so I could leave to drive to Texas (got a call my grandpa had died and need to drive there immediately). These guys make you feel like family, don't take advantage, and really take great care of you. If you where wondering I love my new 2022 CX30 and she handled great on that 13 1/2 hour drive to Texas and back. My husband and I are now customers for life.

I'm still driving the 2019 Ascent with 56k miles. Other than a few recalls handled quickly, no issues whatsoever. Dependable, quiet, performance, comfort. I just had a loaner of the 2023 Ascent Touring model and I was amazed at the improvements. While I am keeping and love my 2019, the 2023 has improved handling, quieter, the transmission is certainly smoother and a solid and comfortable ride. Perhaps it has to due with the Touring model. I am not certain. I find my Subaru dealer to be honest, supportive and with an educated staff. This Ascent is large, which I enjoy immensely and without any family. The fit and finish is outstanding and the dash is quality components. No cheap plastic knobs or low grade materials. I would encourage you to test drive one today.

Great SUV. Very comfortable, Performance is acceptable. I am 6' 2" and I have plenty of leg room. Even have to move driver seat forward to drive. Auto adjust feature for driver seat is nice. Wish it included side mirrors also. Only drawback I find is the gas mileage. In this day of soaring gas prices it is a huge downside.

Recent purchase two months old... I had high expectations and so far they have been exceeded. Quite, smooth, plenty of power and more technology than I will ever figure out.

Very pleased with the service we recieved , everything went smoothly and was the proud owner of a newer Nissan in 3 hours .

The safety feature saved us before we had 100 miles on the car. A van ran a stop a sign and the automatic braking stopped us 6-12" from being broadsided. Van was going 30 - 35MPH so it was great that we were saved by that.

The dealership was not able to find the specific car and accessory packages I wanted, but the salesman, Gio, did an excellent job searching their network for vehicles and keeping me informed. I will definitely give them the opportunity to sell me my next new car. Highly recommended. I've taken two of my previous Toyotas to this Greeley dealership for service since 2010, even though it is an hour and a half drive each way. I will continue with my new 2025 Toyota.

This is my second Subaru Ascent. My first was the 2019, and when it came time that my son needed a car, we decided to pass that one on to him since I drive a lot and it had almost 100,000 miles on it. We went out and test drove other SUV's, and after doing so, decided on getting another Subaru Ascent because of how much I enjoyed the first one. The 2019 recall kinks seem to have been worked out in the 2023 model. What I can say about even the 2019 though is that the manufacturer stood behind the items that needed to be fixed, even replacing my whole transmission when the recall patch did not work correctly. We are now a Subaru family.

This is a very efficient crew from start to finish! We found a car on line and they met our schedule from start to finish to allow us to find the car of our dreams. Have owned this 2019 Subaru ascent touring model for just over 2 years. Eye site feature is my fav. Car responds to changing traffic speeds automatically. great in heavy highway traffic. The Subaru service department at my dealership keeps it in tp top shape. I highly highly recommend this car. I'm sure the newer models are even better.
