I purchased my 2003 black and silver baja Oct 2002. I love this vehicle, I have 203,000 miles on it and will get another 100,000 I'm sure. It is so much fun to drive even today. The interior and exterior are still in excellent condition.

Then, to ensure I could retrieve the car and surprise my wife, Don offered to drive an hour to Santa Rosa to pick me up! I was floored and initially declined, not wanting to impose. He then immediately offered an Uber or Lyft. This dedication is almost unheard of. Thanks to Don, when I arrived at Fairfield Subaru this past Sunday, the numbers were exactly as promised. I paid, and in under 30 minutes, was driving away. My wife's airport surprise was a success – she was overjoyed! Don even followed up the next day to ensure everything was satisfactory, testifying to his unwavering commitment. Don understood our needs and explained market realities, navigating everything perfectly with mutual respect. After bait-and-switch tactics elsewhere and a friend's harassment at Santa Rosa Subaru, Don was a complete breath of fresh air. He is a true diamond in the rough. I have a 2003 Baja - bought and maintained its whole life by Stivers Dealership. Most amazing car ever made and I’ll keep it til it dies!! Only has 107k miles. Great in snow and/or rain - preferred its safety over my Rubicon. It’s not depreciating in my book!

Own this since 2009 had 80000 on it. With regular maintenance and recommended timing gear replacement and a few other thing typical to wear and tear I now have 243000 miles no rust and still runs great drive everyday. Told the wife I’ll never buy another car I love my Subaru Baja.

I bought my Baja in 2003. I now have about 130,000 miles on it and have never had any major problems with it. Yes I've had to.replace a water pump, an alternator, and the spark plugs (once). I've used synthetic oil since day one and only had it tuned up twice. The last tuneup was really because I didn't think it was running quiet right, so I asked for the plugs to be replaced. Mechanic said they didn't need to be replaced, but I insisted. He was right. It is in need of a paint job, but I think it is still one of the best looking cars on the road today and I think it rides as comfortably as it did when purchased. Still proud to drive it!

The car is half car half truck. Very very hard to find one, people who bought them hang on to them for a long time. Parts are well within budget and are easy to find, so maintenance is a breeze.

Although I didn't purchase the vehicle, George at East Coast was very attentive and thorough, would not hesitate to use them again if needed!
