Since purchasing my 2025 Outback Wilderness from Sierra Subaru of Monrovia, I have very pleased with the numerous personnel I have had to engage and work with. The two times I have had to bring my car in for the scheduled maintenance service, Sandy Perez has been very pleasant, courteous, and respectful. This car is perfect for me. It reminds me a lot of my 2002 Forester which I liked very much, but with all the new technology and a lot more pep. It also rides a lot smoother. It just so happens to be one inch longer than my Forester. So, the visibility and spacing is exactly what I want. The variable cruise control and lane control virtually drive the car by itself. I no longer get stressed driving in rush hour traffic and I no longer get tired during long drives. The ground clearance and all wheel drive make it easier to drive in snow. It's the perfect car for anyone, not just an old guy like me.

Farzy Rashid made the car buying process easy and fun. After shopping at a few dealerships the process began to get overwhelming. Farzy and his process is what brought me to Audi Ontario and led me to my first Audi and an upgrade for my fiancé. I can’t thank him enough for the great experience he created. I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

I love this car! I had an outback previously, and knew i wanted another suburu. It's the perfect size for me! My kids are older, and I don't have to lug sports equipment and kids around anymore. The outback was great for that! It's not too small, and not too big. It's perfect!

I’ve owned my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Sport for a little over a month now and have been very happy with it. The engine provides enough pep and power to drive on highways without any issues, plenty of passing power when needed. I love the in vehicle telematics and technology features in this car as well. Apple CarPlay was a requirement in all of the vehicles I considered, and the Crosstrek really integrates this well. Interior is very comfortable and looks great, the exterior looks amazing. The added safety features that are Subaru standards are a definite plus: steering-assisted headlights, Eyesight and X-Mode all work wonderfully. Complaints? Only a couple. I do wish there was a little less plastic on the exterior cladding. I wish Subaru made the rear liftgate LED light standard equipment instead of an optional part you have to buy and install yourself (the part costs $50 and vastly improves storage area visibility at night). And while the boxer engine design is interesting, I can see it will really make DIY spark plug maintenance a real chore. Otherwise, it’s an excellent car.

I went to one of there other locations and after 7 hours they couldn't get it done, Frank was cold calling next day and 2 hours after we spoke on the phone I was signing paper work for a car 8600 more and was approved no issues

I’ve had my 2024 Crosstrek for 11 months and I love it. Smooth ride. No frills. Not flashy. Handles slippery road conditions like a champ. The control/infotainment panel is integrated into dash which is great. However those controls occasionally lag or reset themselves, which is annoying. Still can’t connect to Starlink. Would love it if rear seats could recline at all and would like more cargo space, but I knew what I was getting. I hope to drive it for 20 years.

Jaime Vega was my service advisor. I felt he was very interested in finding and solving the problem with my 2020 Outback. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done, thoughtful about my needs, and communicative about the process. I will seek him out in future when I need help.

I live in Las Vegas. After being lowballed by multiple dealerships in Vegas, I decided to try my luck with selling my car privately. Omar from STG reached out and offered me the private party value for my vehicle, as a trade-in to STG. He said STG could pick the car up for a small fee or I could drive it down to their location in Montclair, CA. I was very hesitant on working with STG, as there are so many horror stories about crooked used car dealers. I felt I would be in a vulnerable position if I were to drive the car there and they were to lowball me. I decided the risk was worth it to me for the extra money, and I drove it down. Immediately, Danny greeted me and started the inspection process. I had been upfront and honest with them about small imperfections the vehicle had, so there were no surprises. After inspecting the car, Danny confirmed that they would purchase the vehicle from me for the previously agreed-upon price. This is a standup dealership with great customer service. I feel I was treated very fairly and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get top dollar when trading their vehicle. They even gave me a ride to the airport after the deal was completed. Thank you for making the process so easy!
