Traded in a 2008 Highlander for the Base trim Crosstrek mostly because of poor experiences with Toyota dealership service and sales departments after buying four cars from them. Now we wish we had bought a Subaru years ago. The Crosstrek turned out to be much more than we expected. Performance is adequate. Mileage is awesome. And safety features are the best.

Very positive! Was helped by Jason Clark, who went above and beyond! He even took a video of him showing the car, sent me a cost estimate, and answered my questions. He and management agreed to take my deposit, pending my arrival in Texas from California later in the month! I'm looking forward to getting there and completing the purchase! I had a dinosaur car and finally traded in for the 2025 subaru crosstrek limited. Kinda expensive but, I feel safer driving it and the desert weather is harsh where I’m at so this car is very reliable. (4WD)

From intake through waiting experience to delivery of vehicle post service, an amazingly great experience. Erik, Service Lane Manager was awesome! My service advisor, Zack, kept me informed and answered questions during the service process. The walkthrough video of the multipoint inspection of my car was very well done! All in all, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! This is my sixth visit to Austin Subaru since moving here and this one was stellar! Was able to apply points (from previous service visits) to my total. Saved $50! Only an oil change and tire rotation, but was out in less than an hour!

I just purchased my first ever Subaru, premium model. First month I racked up 5,000 miles. I like how it sits up high , very easy to get in & out. I've been using it diving Uber & getting ready to take it on Lake Superior Circle tour. I'm averaging 34-37. It's a little noisy on concrete pavement. Makes my F150 feel like a Cadillac . I actually like it more than I thought I would.

I have been a Subaru owner for a number of years. I traded a 2022 WRX for the Crosstrek. The new vehicle meets my standards. Not the performance of a WRX but very smooth and comfortable.
