This car is a story on its own. And finally, my son has the car that he would not stop talking about. Now....I could not have asked for a better sales person than Tom Henry. Not only is he patient, thorough, straight up and honest, he also sees thing almost to the point of being family. In all the years I have been purchasing vehicles from Hewlett VW, NO ONE comes close to a great sales person as Tom Henry. He is an asset to your company and he is honest. I wish car buying was always like the last two processed with Tom. Tom Henry goes above and beyond for his customers - Hands Down!
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been buying a new car every two years for a long time from different dealerships around Austin. I purchased my first BMW at BMW of Austin. I had an excellent experience shopping for a new car with Troy Massey. Absolutely stress free, quick, very professional sales process. He found all available discount options to match my expectations. Everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. It was my best shopping experience!
Best service experience I've ever had. Superb, professional and personal service, with top-notch free espresso bar (and dogs) to boot! Worth buying a Subie just for this. Also, Susan, my "case worker," was especially terrific. Both friendly and professional and interested in my personal experience with the car and quality of service and operation.
My first service as a Subaru owner could not have been any better. I was greeted quickly, service was explained thoroughly. I had decided to wait in the lounge area and was pleasantly suprised that the service was completed earlier that quoted. Great Job!

Service advisors recommended I get the 60,000 mi service on my 2017 Subaru and quoted ~$930 in August 2018. I saved up for the service, returned in October 2018, and final amount was $1,021.00. I drank the Subaru kool-aid culture-wise but am writing a review so others are aware that this recommended service is extremely overpriced and consists of potentially unnecessary checks/fixes. I wasn't consulted about what was necessary prior to the service - seems the service managers went through a checklist and didn't consider that some of the work wasn't necessary. That total included a tire rotation despite the fact that two weeks prior I had a brand new set of tires put on my car. It also included an inexplicable $80 shop fee and another random $35 repair request fee (I didn't request any repairs). Background on my vehicle is that it is in perfect condition - I was simply following recommendations from Subaru by going in because I had reached the 60,000 mile service. I did sign the paperwork so feel a review is the only thing left to do at this point - learned a lesson and will think twice before ever going back to the dealership for any kind of service. I recommend taking your car elsewhere if you need a regular service (or repairs for that matter) - there was no reason to spend that much on a regular check-up.
Great experience with buying my WRX. John and Jeremy were excellent and made the stereotypically stressful car buying experience smooth and relaxing. Financing and warranty options were streamlined and I felt like I was being given the best options for me, rather than just having every possible additional charge pushed across the table.
I found a used work van at this dealership and I’m very happy with the whole process of buying from this dealership. I called and they sent me the application via email. (I live in Dallas) I was approved then I put a disposit on the van. I did not haggle on the price since it was truly a good deal to begin with. Once I got to there dealership I test drive and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous. Professional and not pushy. They offered all the packages that I could purchase but it was not pushed on me. By far the easiest and most smooth car buying experience I’ve had at any dealership. Would recommend them to anyone and drive from Dallas if I found another vehicle they had I would want to buy. 5 stars for these guys and two thumbs up.
My first visit today ever to look at a vehicle with these folks. Always shopped at a regular dealership or private sellers until now. Never thought I'd stop by a small lot, non-dealership place. But, if the rest goes as well as today, I will be buying a car from them and they will be on my "stop by" whenever I am looking in the future. Nice guys, don't overlook them. I'll check back in whichever way it goes. ps "facilities" gets "average", but that's not why I buy a car. If you do, then go enjoy the Lexus dealer place and get a free bottle of Periere. I'm certain it's not built into the price :-/
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had! John knew I had limited time and he was sure to get my loan approved quickly and without hassle! I am very pleased with the car I bought and the purchase price was more than fair! I would definitely recommend Austin Auto Brokers!
