I ordered my Subaru Outback on 1/20/22 and was HOPING for delivery by early April. Due to various issues ranging from Japan to the U.S. assembly facility in Indiana this district not happen. Van Bortel worked with me every step of the way with updated timelines, timely changes, and even generous pricing allowances to help to ease my ?pain.? They never once ignored or denied my requests. Exceptional! I brought my vehicle in on kind of an "emergency" service appt. Battery died late in day prior; had to be jumped by AAA at a friend's home in N. Chili; then hood wouldn't close& had to be secured weith bungee cord. West Herr installed a new battery & fixed the hood latch problem on Saturday; dropped off ~7:45AM; work completed by ~3:30PM. Zoya was pleasant, professional, accommodating - very pleased with service!
